Ordered delivery at 8:30, arrival said 9:30. I waited until 10 to finally call for the automated voice to say they are closed. Every site says that they are open until MIDNIGHT but apparently they are closed before 9. False Advertising. Won’t order from here againUPDATE: Took 2 hours for food to arrive (10:30) and you would’ve thought they had it in their freezer

Listen, sometimes customers just want to get in and get their food. All that Rara is not necessary when you call and you place an order at 4:04 and you come give them grace at 4:40 but your order is still not ready and the specifics that you required and then you have this clown of customer service representative acting like she supposed to make it all good,….can I have my order!!!. This place is a NO GO

Fries were soggy and not good. Corn was sweetened with some sort of weird seasoning. Chicken was ok but asked for sauces on the side, and all came drenched in the flavors instead of on the side. The garlic parmesan was almost nonexistant on the chicken, but the honey bbq was good, as was the Korean bbq.

I was super excited to order wings from here. 30pcs boneless, garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, and smoked hickory BBQ. After consuming about 10pcs, I didn’t feel good and started to get a stomach ache. I immediately had toilet problems and have now for multiple days. I’m being discrete, as these times have not been good. Horrible stomach cramps AND THE HERSHEY SQUIRTS!

No seasoning on the wings… for lemon pepper and there was none and it was all oil. Ranch was expired and clumpy, fries had no seasoning. Ruined my lunch lol.

My first time at this location, I ordered lemon pepper & garlic parmesan wings with side of cajun fried corn, it was hot and delicious. The staff did an awesome job and Netta was very pleasant. I will order from here again!

they didn't give me my large ranch, brownie or my cajun fried corn, they had a fry in my boneless chicken box, the food was cold and wasn't enough barbecue sauce on it at all.

I wish I’d have read these reviews before placing my order. I placed a pick-up order over the phone and was told 10-15 minutes. I showed up exactly 15 minutes later and was told it’ll just be another minute. I waited another 25 minutes while watching orders come in and go out, some placed over the counter while there and STILL received their orders before me. I haven’t even tried the wings yet but this experience will deter me from using this location again
