Very disappointed!!!! The service was excellent. This was a take out order, so it was already in a plastic bag. I quickly drove home anticipating this meal. The potatoes in both orders were burnt and dry. Imagine that. Can't say I won't return but I'll definitely look in all orders before leaving the store.
A simple 8 piece meal with two sides and they completely forget the coleslaw side. Idk about you but eating fried chicken without coleslaw was a bummer

As someone else said the new way to order is not very convenient. In my opinion not being able to talk to anyone to place an order is not good customer service. I did eventually got my order placed. When I did pick my order up at 6:30 there was only my order and one other one on the counter. In the past there was always multiple orders covering that counter. Off night? Maybe or maybe the new way to order is not convenient for customers. I am going to have a serious craving before I go back. The food was great and the workers were great.

I was upset to learn that you can no longer place orders via phone to a person and pay with cash when you pick-up. Called recently and it's an AI system requiring payment over the phone (presumably with a credit card). Tried to place an order and when I got the text it was for the wrong location. Quickly canceled... what a pain.Love Chicken Shack's food... been eating it since I was young and everything is delicious. Likely will just go with more convenient carry-out options moving forward, however.

Service was extremely slow. Cashier mumbled and was incredibly hard to hear. The chicken drumsticks were fine but the tenders we ordered were undercooked. Onion rings and fries were cold and soggy. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go to this one again.
I ordered food at the last minute for my son's school. They were able to get the food together it was piping hot and very flavorful. Everyone enjoyed
