Food is good. Service is aweful. Most of the staff have no idea what they are doing. Getting orders wrong, three different times. Will give my money to Wendy's or Taco Bell from now on. Saying goodbye to Mc Donald's.
Went this morning and the lady who took my order was so nice to me. She literally made my day ?Kid-friendliness: My 4 year old was getting upset and trying to not eat anything and the lady taking out order spoke up and was so nice and told her you gotta eat something so you get big and healthy. Needless to say my daughter actually ate all of her food.

Ordered my food plain as I have food allergies...when I got home my food was not plain..I called up there instead of wasting my time and gas to drive back up there, they assured me come up tomorrow it'll be no charge! the next day...I showed them the receipt..the order on my app..the phone call with their phone number and they plain out pretended like I was up there trying to scam them for $5 in food..so petty and pathetic..embarrassing management here..the workers were disgusted...read full review
