“I love the food here and been a loyal customer for months. However, they need some improvement on the consistency of the food. Last few weeks, I ordered drunken noodles and the dish tasted very salty, not my favorite. Few days ago, I ordered the same thing and it tasted wonderful. No hate to the business, but sometimes I do feel like ordering food here is like placing a bet on the outcome...Other than that, everything is wonderful. Staffs are friendly, service is quick!“

“fantastic chinese food considering its obscure location. if you want some authentic southern chinese cuisine and you speak chinese or know the chinese name of the dish -- ask the owners to make it even if it's not on the menu. this is a family business that has been here forever, feeding the local community at a very reasonable price. the service is great in its own style. the ambiance is pretty much the same as any other chinese restaurant -- simple, effective, and it never disappoints when you just need that bite. love it!“

“Never had a bad meal from here. We love the seafood dishes they have. Large shrimp and scallops and nice sized portions. Vegetables always seem fresh and hand cut. Large pieces of broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, water chestnuts, etc. Abundant portions. We always get two meals out of one dish, and sometimes three. This last trip…Shrimp, vegetables and rice. 3 meals.“

“We make a trip to Michigan once every year to visit my wife's family and being from San Diego, I feel it is extremely difficult to find any sort of good Asian foods. It has been a disappointment for the last few years in trying to get good Thai, Chinese or even Vietnamese foods. Being Laotian, I had craved spicy foods so the closest thing I could possibly find was Thai food. My wife and her family are all white peeps so they have no clue in finding any good Lao or Thai food anywhere. Saw this restaurant as we were driving around the area. Yelp and internet search had very little information about this place. I figure I'll give it a try and do a Yelp with some pictures and menu etc for future customers. Ordered a to go beef Pad Se Ewe extra spicy (hoping it would be a Laotian spicy). The lady on the phone said 20 minutes. Her accent was really strong but she was super nice. Got to the place and saw that the indoor dining was not available which is fine because we got it to go. Since I know that most places don't make their food spicy enough, I like to ask for sriracha and chili oil. I was in shock they said they do not carry any of the two. Got back to our hotel and dove into the noodles. The noodles were a little overdone for me but not too bad. The flavor and portions were good. Even though I can see chili seeds, it was not anywhere hot. It was still good and hit the craving. We had our own sriracha and chili oil we take with us on our long road trips. I would recommend trying this place. Don't expect a nice, big, fancy restaurant because it's not. The workers are likely ESL so don't assume them as being rude. Their menu and price is decent compared to the many crappy Asian foods in Michigan away from Detroit.“
