Very, or below average in every way. The food is mediocre to bad. Half of the menu is pizza, but alas, we were told that all of the dough was frozen. Strange then to see some pizza on our way out...?? Avoid the potato skins, the worst I've ever had. I can't speak for all of the waitresses, but ours was inattentive and droll. Altogether, a lackluster experience.I almost forgot to mention that the tap list is full of eclectic micro brews. That's alright, but sometimes a standard, more familiar beer is best.

Stopped down on Thursday, March 7 and the stench of them cleaning the basement is just horrendous. They should've had some cleaning agents with something to accommodate the stink.

The BEST place to get a great craft brew and able to chow down on amazing food. It was a great addition to Brooklyn I believe and hope it sticks around and becomes more of the towns history. Havnt been there in a long time but I know it always has tons of customers.

I love Shady’s and the food is good but sometimes it is inconsistent! I really love the salmon ceasar wrap, the menu says it comes with tomatoes and I love tomatoes, but every time I order it and don’t specifically ask for them it comes without. However, every time I ask “is it supposed to come with tomatoes? I definitely want them!” I’m always assured that it “has always come with tomatoes!” Yet every time I forget to ask it doesn’t. Also it weirdly came baked when I ordered it tonight which made the lettuce hot and slimy. It’s never come out to me that way before.
