This Subway has a touch-screen drive-thru that you couldn't touch if you had four-foot long arms. (That'll work out well in Michigan winters.) You then have to wade through all the new names they've given their subs to see if one comes close to what you want. They don't list the veggies, bread or cheese choices or dressings. (They might be buried in the screen somewhere if you can find them.)I finally gave up and went inside. The staff was very helpful, made what I wanted and said the get a lot of the same complaints from customers.What marketing-genius at Subway thought continually changing the menu around was a good idea?(And the drive-thru touch-screen you can't touch without getting out of your car? Ridiculous.)I've always liked Subway for years, but it's getting to be too big of a pain-in-the-rear to just place and order.From now on it's Tubby's for me. Life's too short.

Ordered on line and watched them make two hot sandwiches quickly loaded with meat, veggies and served warm. Very happy

This place is very stingy with the meat they put about four slices of turkey on a Titan turkey foot long and when they sent me a review and I complained about it the manager had the nerve to say they have a very strict policy of how much meat to put on each sandwich that was his comeback and I let him know that I would never be back again because that is not how the Titan looks online and that is not how it's supposed to be made it had more onions on it than meat come on now I'm not paying for onions I'm not paying $12 for onions never again will I go back to the subway ever and I let him know that also I'll continue to go to Jersey Mike's like I have been I only came there because it was a buy one get one and that's exactly what I got one sandwich..........This place will never get a dime of my money again.

We needed a very last-minute order of sandwich wraps for a funeral and couldn’t find a place to make them in time. The staff at Subway, however, went out of their way to put together a very last-minute order for us. The wraps were delicious and just what we needed. Thank you so much Kelly & the staff at Subway for helping us out at the last minute during a stressful and emotional time. Your thoughtfulness will always be remembered. ❤️

Got 2 subs 6 in one was 4 inches and the other was even smaller. Girl was totally rude! Kept yelling to hit the prompt on screen when I didn't leave tip because I was going to give cash she just walked away left me to get my own receipt and cups. She kept playing with her hair. Not worth $22 and than she didn't get her cash tip
Ordered food for our company and they did not dissapoint. Everything was fresh, packed up and labeled. Ordered yesterday from Jennifer and Kelly, picked up today around the same time.Thank you guys! You seriously made this whole experience worth while and put a good reputation on the Subway name!Do yourself a favor, order from here. You will not be dissapointed.

Ordered on line and picked up shortly after two 12” subs, took them home and was totally disappointed. Bread was hard, lettuce wilted and poor proportion compared to usual and tomatoes were over ripe and yucky. Called and owner answered! I explained my experience and she was very understanding and offered me two free replacement subs on the house. Me and my wife went in the next day for lunch and ordered up basically the same thing. Two young guys basically threw together the subs in no time and then I explained that I had two free subs coming from yesterday’s experience. The apologized and sent me on my way. I get home and me and the wife sit down together for lunch with our replacement subs and once again we’re just as disappointed as the first time. Maybe even more. Both buns just fell apart and we’re very dry, Both subs had nasty tomatoes that were pink, only one was ordered with tomatoes, Lettuce was wilted again one wasn’t even close tocorrect like I ordered, and both were very sloppily made.We are not picky people when it comes to eating out on a budget. We are also new to the area. Our old local Subway was always spot on. I guess good help is just hard to find. Both incidents happened on the weekend. Maybe just a careless weekend crew? I don’t know. I ordered subway through door dash a couple of weeks ago. It was 20 dollars with a foot long and a bag of chips. They forgot the bag of chips so I call them and the lady said" just come back when you can( bc I was at work on my break) and we will give tyou the chips." I haven't had subway in awhile so I decided to get it and I went up asked it if I could still get it. I told him what the lady said that I could get the bag of chips when ever I can, and then he proceeded to say "well it's your word against ours" It wasn't a big deal about the chips but I do have a problem being called a liar. I order foood here almost once a week whether it's on my breaks or it's my day off. after he realize he called me a liar he insisted that I get a bag of chips. At that point I didn't want it and walked away. Not impreseed with the kids they've hired.
