I wish I could give them negative stars. I placed my order online, I arrived to pick up well after it was supposed to be ready. I waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged when employees walked by several times. When she finally came to the counter she told me it was still cooking and would be out soon. A hour later I’m still waiting. No one would communicate or hardly look at you. If it was still cooking it would be inedible after a hour. This place is a joke. I was tired after working 12 hours and just wanted something fast. I made a huge mistake going to this location. It’s okay tho because I’ve learned my lesson and will never be back. Maybe, start screening your employees better. If you think they’re on drugs, they probably are.

Terrible Little Caesars. Terrible customer service. They flat out ignore that you are there. I went in to the counter and 2 employees looked at me and never acknowledged I was even there after 5 minutes. Mind you there was no line in front of me. I won't be back. Don't waste your time. You have been warned.

Absolute trash, I ordered $32 worth of food. Online, arrived at store 5 minutes after it said it would be ready for pick up. I waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes before someone even came to the window. I get my food , drive home, And of course it wrong. The new puffs did not have any Italian seasoning in it like they’re supposed to, The Italian cheese bread was cold and hard. And the bacon sticks and slices were an absolute joke. I threw away the cheese bread. Couldn’t even eat it. Attempted to eat some of the “bread and sticks” , the puffs were the only thing edible. I tried calling the store to get a replacement cheese bread at least., no one ever answered . Called over 10 times in 10 minutes . I will NEVER go to this location again. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Used to love this place but last time I ate here they changed something in the sauce it was spicy and upset my stomach I got sick haven't been back since that happened.

Lobby/pizza portal was closed. Had to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes to pick up an online order. Swore at me and slammed the window in my face when I tried asking for zap paks. Pizza is undercooked and bread tastes like it's hours old. "Ready for pickup" notice didn't get put in until 15 minutes*after* I already picked it up.

Have been sitting in the lobby for almost 45 minutes waiting for 3 hot and readys 2 crazy breads there has been numerous people ordered after me and have got their food before me..... the lady that was running counter when I got there was rude so was the young guy in the back...it took the other two that came in to get orders up and out... probably will not come back...

Tonight I ordered online but they never updated the system to tell me that my order was ready. I still got into the drive-thru when it was supposed to be ready, but ended up sitting there for 35 minutes trapped between two cars, because nobody was moving. When I finally got up to the window, an employee looked at me and just walked away. After several minutes I called the store and asked them to please hand my order out the window. By this point it was 45 minutes old and barely warm. Dude didn't even say a word. Just handed me my stuff and shut the window. I was tempted to tell him to keep it and ask for a refund, but I had no faith it would be done quickly or correctly.
