The first time I ate here, the bread wasn't fresh and the food was disgusting. And the person making the sub was rude. I will go all the way out to Center Road to get Subway, not here. And it sucks because this is just a 5 minute or less drive for me for this location.

I ordered food from Subway and I didn't receive my churro and I ordered a footlong blt and half of the footlong was drenched in sauce and the other half had basically nothing and I ordered double protein and received little to no bacon at all

i ordered takeout, went in and got my food, the customer service was decent. i went home and opened my subs getting ready to eat, they RUSHED with making my sandwiches. all the veggies were not even in the bread , i paid $2 extra for bacon and got 2 little pieces. once i completely opened the sub, it was basically a salad with bread on the side because how terribly it was made. i have never had a problem with subway until i came to this location. i will never come back to this location.

Not sure why but every time I come to this location the last few weeks they’ll have the open sign on and the doors are locked. Most of the time I see employees just walking around inside. Came last week at 2:30 when the weather wasn’t bad and the doors were locked. Same thing today at 12. Really wish they put a sign up or some kind of explanation why they have the doors locked and the open sign on.

Staff sucks never said hi then just looked at me like I was supposed speak now. Wondered why there was no cars in the parking lot it makes sense now. last time I go in there.

I was highly disappointed, I have never had such terrible service. Employees were Not friendly at all!. The only thing to put on our 4 subs as far as vegetable were lettuce and tomato.. they had no Black olives, onions, yellow peppers, they barely had any lettuce, .. since when can't you watch your sub being made?? There was some metal thing blocking so you couldn't watch ... I was disappointed in the service and subs !

This is one of if not the worst Subway in Genesee County. They always close the lobby way before it’s time, the drive thru speaker don’t work or either they are not taking orders, the customer service is terrible as well. They never get orders right, the other night the young lady forgot my tomatoes, lettuce and mayo basically gave me a mustard sub, my wife sub was the same way. There was another time I asked for light tomato sauce on my meatball sub and they drowned it in sauce plus the meatballs was cold. I blame the owner whoever he or she is ! It’s obvious they don’t care how their restaurant is being run and they are doing a discredit to the Subway brand. I will not be returning to this restaurant and highly DON’T RECOMMEND this Subway.

People in here are very rude, extremely slow, and extraordinarily unorganized. The lady at the cash register topped it off with rude gestures, an attitude and ignoring our order requests for a meal Everything about this place is a joke if I could rate it lower I would DO NOT GO HERE.
