Never open when there supposed to be came up here with a mobile order pickup came to the door mind you it's 5:47 in the afternoon set it to pickup inside and when I walked up to the door dudes locking and tells me I gotta go thru the drive thru wich the line is hanging out the damn drive way so I ended up waiting damn near an hour for cold food

If you enjoy lots of fillers like lettuce and don't want anything besides that this is the place for you asked for lite lettuce so I got pretty much nothing but lettuce asked for light rice on a 5 dollar burrito got nothing but rice and tortilla it's definitely a repeat issue

I placed an order through the app, and unfortunately one item was missing. So I called and they apologized and said we can come get it. So we did, and they gave us an extra of the missing item, plus a free drink of choice. They were very kind.

Once again lesson learned not to go at night. After being on the road for 10 hours, all we wanted to do is have a bit to eat. The drive threw girl last night was extremely rude. Our order was wrong. Food was made very poorly. (I wish I could post a picture of what we did receive). I would be giving this a 5 star if it would have been day time. Daytime staff is always friendly and food is always made correctly. Get it together night shift..

Should not be called fast food. When going through the drive thru they do one car at a time. The whole order before the next car moves up. So be prepared to wait an extremely loooong

Like any other fast food place it's getting too expensive to go to on any regular basis. Not to mention I'm not a fan of using the kiosks.I can't even get a chicken soft taco with Pico sauce any more.
Not sure what happened but this place has went down hill. That is usually managements fault. Really hope they figure it out soon and improve this Taco Bell as Taco Bell use to be my favorite spot.

Went at night 9pm they forgot half our order then when we went back to get it we got black charcoal crunchwraps supremes. The regular tacos and nachos were sitting out of their individual wrappers laying in the bottom of the bag. Contacted taco bell but they don't bother to respond let alone address your conserns. Last nail in the coffin taco bells dead to me. Buyers beware the don't care at all.

I thought I was pre-order by using their App. I showed up and was told to leave the lobby because it was closed. I was told to wait in the drive-through line and confirm my order from there. Again, I thought I ordered online for a reason. It turns out it was only to pre pay. The staff seemed mad that I didn't know their protocol and blamed the "third party App" My order was not complete. The staff wrapped a couple of tacos and a burrito of some kind with only meat on it. Worst taco bell in the city, if not the state or country
