2 bucks to upgrade from fries to onion rings. Each of us had a 2nd iced tea and they charged us for 4 ice teas. C'mon people, no body charges for drink refills. Not to mention they tack on a 3% surcharge for no reason at all. That's ok. I took it out of your tip. Won't eat there again!!!

We showed up at the very latest 8:10 to grab dinner, we were promptly seated but waited for over 20 minutes for someone to come get at least our drink order, even overhearing questions about if we’d been helped, but finally left as we clearly weren’t going to be served. The manager was next to us cleaning the salad bar by the time we’d been waiting for 15 minutes. The table near us stopped us to ask if we’d been helped at all because she was appalled. If we were too close to your closing time we should have been told that upon getting greeted. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ribs and steak came out at room temperature, we had to send them back to get heated. Not the first time I've gotten cold food at Brann's, but at a different location. Waitress was excellent. Seated at a table near the door, cold spot, probably worst seat in the place. Booths weren't being cleaned in a timely manner.
