Food is always good here. Service is good, but could be better. Having to wait in your car for well over five minutes after paying can be annoying at times. Atmosphere seems to be ok.

I'm not surprised at all with the negative reviews. If you're fresh out of high school you want this job! They won't expect much from you and if you want to go home...you don't have to ask...just start doing a blatantly bad job at cleaning up...you can go home and they will just have the responsible adults close to shop. On the flip side...if you are a responsible adult and don't have to be told to clean etc...avoid this place like the plague! You will be happier at McDonald's...where that type of management is maybe expected? Or if you want to keep your good work ethic and be surrounded by others that share that value...go to Chick-fil-A.

This is unlike any other Culver's...just don't go and save yourself a lot of frustration...they seem to be clean...but that's about it. Food is always wrong and service isn't with a smile nor is it quick at all!

Generally speaking I love this place! Never a long wait and the staff is super friendly. However, I have had 2 separate instances where my burgers have been given to me VERY pink in the middle (which is not exactly what you want at a fast food joint). They were very apologetic and were quick to get me new burgers each time.
Server didn't seem happy to be there. Walleye was extremely greasy and yet pink inside. I couldn't finish it. The mashed potatoes were the worst I have ever had. And the tables had not been cleaned. We had to wipe down our own. A waste of $33

A solid Culvers. Don't stand in line, order at the table on your phone--it works. I usually get s double butter burger, but the fried shrimp was really good!

The service was horrible, they forgot half our order, STILL PAID FOR THEM, and when we came back even with the receipt, we still had to pay for it again! And in the drive thru we got looks and when we moved up a spot for the person behind, the guy working said, and I quote, "HEY! didnt you see me walking?! I have your food'aaa." in a sassy and rude voice. when we confronted, he said "I was just joking'aaaaa. so rude, never coming back. and I don't even wanna talk about the ambiance.
