Ordered on a Friday night so I was fine with the long wait time of 1 hour, but get my pizza make it home and it is burnt to a crisp. I wait an hour in your store for that?? Staff is underpaid and overworked but they still care about their job. Management is a joke though. Don't buy from here go to the other pizza places around instead.

Was just there a week ago but will never go back. My order, no exaggeration, took an hour and a half longer than estimated. I ordered at 4:30 for a 6:15 pickup but did not have pizza handed to me across the counter until almost 8pm. There was trash strewn across the lobby, garbage stacked in the corner, angry employees throwing old pizza through the kitchen into the back where is sat on the floor the rest of the night. I watched one of the employees drop the top to the margarine squeeze bottle.on the floor then buck it back up and screw it on the bottle. I watched my cheesy bread sat on the boxing table for 45 minutes before my order was completed, needless to say it was ice cold. The scrap drywall stacked behind the oven is a bit concerning, especially since it blocked the fire extinguisher. The slow service, healthcode, and fire code violations here lead me to believe this franchise location won't last long unless they address them. Will not be back!

We've lived in caledonia for years. About a year ago we stopped using the caledonia little Ceasars because it usually only had one poor kid staffing the place and it would take over an hour to get food. Also the pizza looked like it was made in 2005 and burned. Tonight my son went there and was pleasantly suprised that it only took about 15 min for the hot and ready. The pizza actually looks amazing. Work on staffing it appropriately and caledonia folks might come back.

The food is ok, but, I've come in several times, usually around 1:30 pm and 5:30 pm, and most of the time the "hot and ready" items (lunch and dinner) are not ready and need to be put in, which is generally 15 to 20 minutes of waiting...very disappointing. I'm not sure I'd recommend here at all

I ordered two different pizzas and crazy bread. I go to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. The gentleman said it would be ready shortly. After a couple minutes I over hear the same guy ask where one of my pizza’s was and that he saw the guy cut it. They had to remake my pizza so I had to wait longer. Once it was ready I should have checked before going home. I got home and instead of two different pizzas I got two of my pizza. We had to go back and get the other pizza.

Little Caesars always gets my order right and I will never stop going to them. Even if it was the last place to eat on earth. I'd fill up on pizza anytime.

Absolutley will never go here again, this is the pizza I was served, and I called 10 times at 8:40 for a response on why I was served not hot pizza….. highly recommend driving the distance for the next closest little Caesar’s. Or any pizza place for that

Food sometimes is amazing and sometimes looks and tastes like it's missing ingredients or like a 5 year old made it. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.
We come here often and tonight my husband picked up a pizza from the portal. We unfortunately got the wrong pizza with the receipt of what we had ordered on top. We live a ways away, so running back again was pretty frustrating when we just wanted to get home and eat quick. I tried to call a couple times, but no one would pick up. Really disappointed because that pizza and our money went to waste. ):

I must say I have always been partial to Little Caesars this was my first job many many years ago. But today when I ordered pizza to be delivered I called up to ask them to send napkins with the pizza and have the driver just leave it outside the door because we could see when he was there and we'd get it. A few of the people in my house have been pretty ill and I told him this. I must say what I found in the bag with the napkins made my day! A little kindness goes a long way with me. I wish I'd had gotten his name. So whomever you are pizza guy thank you I appreciated your kind gesture
