Normally the service and food is really good at this location. This time around was a lot different. The drink’s coming out of the machine were room temperature, with no ice. They didn’t have queso and instead of apologizing they just gave us smart remarks about everything. I would expect better customer service than this.

We love the nachos. Staff was friendly. The only concern was behind the booths. It was absolutely disgusting. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in forever.

The food at QDoba is always great. It's always fresh and always tasty.However, the service here was much to be desired. 5 people stood around talking while I waited to place my order, and 1 person was busy switching food around in the trays.

Do you as a customer enjoy:-the total absence of smiling faces-the most unwelcoming atmosphere-absolutely zero effort in putting together things, even tacos, everything turns into a bowl apparently-employees that forget they can communicate with each other, and play human Twister over each other on the line-multiple employees touching your food and almost giving it to the wrong people because again, no communication-employees that also argue with customers over what the customer said such as a large bag of chips meaning large and not small-unhygienic employeesIf so, come on down!

Terrible service with not excuse. I made an online order at 11:45am. I got there and they had nothing in the online section. They also had 4 other people waiting for other online orders, one of which had been there for over 50 minutes. Long story short I didn't get my food someone else apparently took my order which is weird considering I was standing there with 4 people in front of me watching them prepare the orders. I ended up getting nothing close to what I ordered and considering I paid 30$ and got 10$ worth of food you could say I'm a little unsatisfied with the service I was provided.

This was a mobile pick-up order and my go-to spot for Qdoba. The food was made to perfection with a balance of all ingredients, cooked nicely. Service was good as always at this location, the staff are really chill people no matter what shift it is. They made my order quick and professionally. Inside the restaurant was clean and organized, the only con was they didn't have any Cholula sauce packets at the utensil station but I'm a regular so I know where they keep the stock and left some out for future customers. Either way good food, good people, clean place, definitely recommend.

This location has been mediocre for a while but it’s right by where I work so I go here out of convenience. But recently it’s been so bad. Just did a pickup order today and I always place it in advance for the time I take my lunch break. I got there at like 12:05, and I scheduled it to be ready at 12. They had a bunch of pickup orders that they didn’t even put on the pickup shelf and I had to stand there until they were done checking people out at the register. Even though my order was ready the whole time. They didn’t put any silverware in my bag, luckily I keep extra in my car otherwise I would’ve drove away with nothing to eat it with. And then when I went to eat the first thing I noticed was how unbelievably small the portion of food I got in my bowl was. I order on the app and don’t get much in my bowl, which I understand how it can be light. But I always order extra rice to make up for the lack of toppings, they offer that option on the app but never give me extra rice. They gave me a bowl that I finished in like 5 bites, and considering I paid $10 for that. It’s a ridiculously small portion for that price. You do not get what you pay for anymore. Other times I’ve been they give me the perfect amount of food, so I know what I order is not the issue. Usually my rice is undercooked making it hard, and I always get the burnt crispy chicken that tastes like it’s been sitting there for an hour. Not thrilled with my experience eating here lately, which stinks because I love Qdoba normally.

If this location reflects how Qdoba runs their business- they are in serious trouble.The employees seem miserable- lack customers service & eating area no cleanliness. Out of veg options that are posted on menu (yet charged us for it anyways), no straws, condiments or ice tea.Like
