Went here Sunday with my family. Great atmosphere, service, and food! Tons of TVs with all the sports, but it never got too loud to enjoy.

Food was good as always. Love their pizzas. They now add a 3% “admin fee” to your bill with no warning… not sure what that’s about and seems unprofessional to not tell you about it before hand. Service was slower than normal tonight but not terrible.

My party came in to watch the NCAA Basketball Championship game and were treated very well by our server. She was accommodating to our request to have the TVs switched to the game and greeted us very cordially and enthusiastically. Our drink orders were brought promptly along with our food, which came out pretty fast. I enjoyed the Black and Bleu Salmon salad, although I believe the price could be brought down a bit considering they don’t provide a lot of greens with the salmon filet. I was a bit surprised by the low turnout for a big game, although I might hint at the lack of specials as a possible reason for the absence of patrons. All else considered, we were treated well by our server and had an enjoyable dining experience.

They add an unexpected 3% admin fee to your bill. No one wants to be surprised with a bogus fee on their bill. I will never be back.

I used to really like Uccello's. What a disappointment this time. My best friend and I met for lunch. Her salad was missing items, and was blah, I had the mushroom and chicken risotto..very, very disappointing. It was rice, not risotto (not cooked correctly), and it lacked any creaminess. My husband has cancer and isn't able to eat much. He said a steak and baked potato sounded good. So, I ordered his steak to go. They don't have baked potatoes, so I ordered the rosemary potatoes... more than half were raw. For the price of the steak meal (comes with 1 side), the steak is only about 1/4 inch thick and smaller than I expected. The steak was cooked perfectly, but for $32..NOT worth the price. Uccello's was once one of my families, and my favorite sports bar and restaurants. Unfortunately, I can no longer say that and won't be back any time soon, if ever.

Great food and a great atmosphere! As a vegetarian, it is so hard to find dishes without meat. Uccello’s has a great deal of choices, and I love they have a “ make your own dish” in which you choose the sauce and the type of pasta you want. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking too!

We have been loyalty members at this restaurant since 2015. The staff is excellent, the food has always been great. Unfortunately though, we don't feel like this is the family restaurant they use to be. We understand that they quit running weekly specials after 2020, but after we paid our check the other night spending 9$ on two 6oz juice boxes we were pretty upset. Our kids 6y and 2y, do not drink soda which is included in their kids meal. So ultimately they charged us $4.50 a piece for one 6oz juice box! After we questioned the charge the waitress just explains that they are amending their menues. Never will I understand charging 9$ for juice because our kids do not drink pop, and why wouldn't they tell us this at the time of us ordering dinner? I reached out to management because I didn't want to complain this way, but I never received a call back.

Our waitress was super...very attentive & pleasant.However. We were meeting our son & family for dinner. Your front desk staff were totally unhelpful. Our son had told the front desk that we were joining them & even left names. They said they "didn't do that". When we arrived we said we were meeting a group & asked if anyone was waiting for folks to join them. They said " we don't know but you can walk around & look". Restaurant was so poorly lit we couldn't see & finally I called our group. They were waiting for us.What poor customer service!!! I would never choose this restaurant again to have a meal. You need some management training. Then the bill came & you added 3% for service chage ( credit card charge??)
