Applebees has always been a fun place to go for us. Over the years I feel the quality of their food has gone down a bit. Still ok, just a bit disappointing

It took almost 15 minutes to be greeted by our server after we were seated. After our food arrived, we were checked on halfway thru, by a quick thumbs up by our server from 2 tables over.Do managers not do table touches anymore?? I saw the Manager standing talking to others the whole time we were there. We even made eye contact when we were searching for our server the initial 15 minutes... but no one bothered to come see what was wrong.The food was great! The experience was bad thoguh... even worse because I took my whole family out to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

Shout out to the manager tonight; Adrian! Our server was new and she was having some issues, he jumped right in to help her and us out and was there with us every step of the way all while running a busy night in his restaurant! It was much appreciated! Thank

Just had to leave this location after waiting 10 minutes at the hostess stand w/o being greeted. Then once I addressed the issue with Lailah... She mentioned tables were being cleared to accommodate us and another group that had been waiting for 20 or minutes after being told the same thing. We just decided to go bc we felt it was the beginnings of a notso great experience. I know it's "Kids Eat For $1.99" Tuesday night... but knowing this Applebee's, you should try being more equipped to handle the influx of patrons anticipated.
When I came to the store to get my food from the online service the girl named Laila welcomed me with a smile and she was fast and in a hurry to serve me A+ effort also my food was hot and ready to go appreciate her and this establishment!!!Parking: Good
