Sandwich had very brown lettuce in addition to bread & cheese that had gotten stale from sitting out. Made mobile order 20 minutes ahead & waited ten minutes after 4 people ordered at the counter & were served. I don't mind waiting for fresh food, and the poor product is insulting. Quality has been off and on over the years & this is the last time I go here.

I was delighted to see such a clean restaurant upon arrival. The staff was pleasant and the service was very fast. Arby's is always the one quasi-fast food restaurant I forget exists. The menu is definitely far superior to McDonald's or Burger King. The Gyro sandwich I had was superb! I also had a small order of cheese sticks. Throw in a Jamocha shake, and I was in absolute Happyville! I would not hesitate to recommend Arby's to anyone and especially this location. Even while being busy, they still were polite and quick. Good job, team! You'll be seeing me there again soon! Do yourself and taste buds a favor, go try it now! You won't be disappointed!

Walked in manager was stocking bread said it will be just a minute which was fine than about four minutes later she comes walking by and looked at me and said " what !" So I told her I'm still waiting on my food and that I did need to get back to work so than she proceeded to go off I have been to a lot of Arby's locations in different areas but this one is the worst run I have ever seen I never fill out surveys but I sure did this time and I called Arby's corporate office to let them know about how bad one of there stores are being run so enter at your own risk I will never go to this store or any other Arby's location for that matter just wish I could give lower than one star ?
