This location is the worst. The lobby is never open and they don't have enough ir even good staff. They act like they don't care. I would recommend using another place to eat.

We got chickrn and ribs last nite it was so awesome. The chicken was so fresh, the best I have had anywhere in years. The ribs,, mac n cheese, mash potatoes n gravey, and rice were great. The guys were so friendly and helpful.

This place is dirty inside and out. We live in Canton and used to enjoy going here at least once a week and even overlooked their shabby, unkept appearance until we found ants cooked inside our cornbread. ? I only noticed because I cut the bread in half to put butter on it for my granddaughter and found dead/cooked ants inside the middle of the bread.I reported it to the manager and instead of pulling the pan of bread and replacing it (because I’m sure they weren’t in our piece alone) they continued to serve it, acted as if it was not a big deal, and offered us another piece from the same batch.I really don’t know how this place passes health inspections but I won’t be eating here anymore

I can't rate the food because I don't know what it tastes like since I haven't been able to get any for a couple of weeks now. For the past few weeks, the Boston market in Livonia, Michigan has a line at the drive-thru. When I finally get up to the speaker they say they're not taking any orders except for online pickups until they catch up! Everyone in line was simply driving up to the speaker and then leaving after being in line for 15 minutes.IT'S BEEN over 2 weeks that your drive-thru has been closed to customers. TURN OFF YOUR "OPEN" SIGN SO PEOPLE WILL KNOW YOU ARE CLOSED FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If anyone else has had this problem please contact me. They shouldn't have an open sign when they're closed. That's misadvertising. We can all band together and do something about it. At least force them to keep the "open" sign turned off during business hours when they aren't open

I ordered a whole chicken all dark and they charged me 5 dollars extra for all dark meat. I never heard of an up charge for ordering dark meat. I wont be going back to a place that treats customers like this.

I hadn’t been to Boston market in years but decided to stop at the one in Canton on Ford Road. I ordered a full chicken dinner and it was horrible as the Wings were smaller than the wings of a newborn chicken they were dried out over cooked and almost burnt. I wasted my 20 bucks.

Google lists their opening time as 10:00 a.m., but they don’t really open until 12:00. They need to correct this.

Today, I ordered my food and first thing that I saw was the lights on the menu were dark and I couldn't see anything. And the person who took my order said there will be cornbread in my food container and when I came home with my order and once I opened it. There was absolutely no cornbread. Service was horrible along with the reputation. I didn't even enjoy my food at all. Never coming back to this location.

Got a chicken sandwich through the drive thru with a side of Mac and cheese. Food was made quick and wasn't bad, forgot to give me a fork but over all not bad at all.

This place is terrible it’s 7pm and they say they close at 10p 2 people were in there and they refused to take my order. Why even bother coming to work if you not gone work

Ordered curbside. Waited in parking lot forever. Had to go knock on the door and someone finally came out. Told them we prepaid curbside. They told us to go through the drive thru that had a ton of people in line. The line didn’t move at all. Crazy. And no 12 pc cornbread with order. Didn’t find that out till we got home. Oh and they WONT answer the phone. Smh.And look at the photo. Needs lighting maintenance outside.

I’ve never have actually written a bad review, but maybe I’ll take this down if Boston Market can resolve the problem. I ordered dinner for my family online for pick-up at the restaurant and it required payment online. When we went to pick it up on time, the restaurant was closed (even though it was during their normal business hours.) I understand that it’s difficult to find employees right now, but they took my money and have not refunded me and it’s been a few weeks. I’ve tried reaching out to the restaurant but they won’t answer and the corporate number always says “due to high volume we cannot take your call.” Definitely don’t order online from this place.

Went to the location on Monday after the store being closed many other times and spoke to a new manager. He said he just got to the store and hopes to have the dining room open soon. Looked like he was working alone, but the order was correct and I had little to no wait. I hope to be able to eat inside the restaurant again soon.George

I am appalled that anyone would serve a side in the appearance to an customer. The steamed vegetables were black in color, not to temperature, old, and unappetizing. The other sides I ordered with my family meal were also not to temperature and watery. This use to be a good location. After the 1st hiccup I decided to give them another try. But after this I may just stick to going elsewhere. I understand we are in a pandemic and all places are short staffed, but to serve food you probably wouldn't eat yourself or give to a dog is inexcusable.
