10 minutes to be seated.We arrived at about 3:15, the place wasn’t too busy, but we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, there was no host at the reception area, so e walked to the bar area where many employees where there and most of the customers where there, I approached a waitress if we can seat ourselves, she responded the host will seat u, I replied but there was no one there and we been waiting for about 10 minutes, so I went back waiting till she came back her self to seat us.Shelby the waitress was kind and attentive.Food took 15 minutes to come.While we were leaving there were 6 employees standing around by the reception area.Location: 10/10Cleanness: 6/10Ambience: 8/10Menu: 8/10Food taste: 9/10Food presentation: 8/10Price: 7/19Service: 7/10

I would give this location a 5 star but this time I’m blaming it all on the cook. When I received my wings they were not done and I was missing a couple of wings from a 20piece, I wouldn’t complain about the quantity which I should since the price of wings is so high, but I mainly was disappointed about the way my food was cooked the fact that it barely had sauce on top of a couple dysfunctional looking wings that you can clearly see is not a decent wing. I am truly disappointed in the way my food was served to me from the way the Cook cooked my food. I guess at this point I will have to make sure that the manager Mike is present in order for me to order from this location, if not I may never come to this location again. for the past year I loved going to this location because they normally don’t mind cooking my food the way I ask, I normally speak with a manager Greg and ask for my wings to be cooked for 30 mins, apparently the former manager Greg was promoted and it seems like I mostly get in touch with manager Mike after Greg left, Mike, whom I also feel is amazing, he done the same as the last manager when I call to see if it’s okay to cook my food as requested he inform it will be fine and I normally receive my food the exact way I requested, however, this last time I spoke with another manager (I hate I can’t recall his name ), but he ensured me that I can receive my food as requested and the young lady that took my order was familiar with my normal request as well, Elizabeth was amazing too,, however when I receive my food I did not pick it up as I normally do, I had someone pick it up, if I would had picked it up, I would have returned the food right then and there but because injured myself and could not walk I had someone else pick it up, so now I have to write a review since I couldn’t return it. It’s disappointing to have to write a three star review but after spending over $60 for food that was not satisfying it has to be known. I write good reviews all the time, so I can’t bypass when I’m disappointed.

Food's good when we can get in. The bar is always "full" which to them apparently means, half the tables are taken and I guess that's all their wait staff can handle. The front of the place is usually dead. I asked to be on a waitlist for the bar area, they took down my number, but never texted me.

I ordered buffalo wild wings through uber eats. 2 wraps with fries, and side of mild sauce. I only recieved 2 wraps, and 1 of them was wrong. I called the restaurant, and wow they wouldn't help me, told me I had to call uber eats, I said ok but doesn't someone there want to know you missed over half my items, and made my wrap wrong. Again they repeated, you have to call uber eats. Wow just wow, where did customer service go ?

I like coming here for a chill place to eat with my friend. There’s never a wait to dine in and the service is always great! I’d like to shoutout Whitney for being an awesome server. Our food is always hot and comes out fast and she never forgets our sides of sauce. She’s really nice and checks on us often! We always look forward to having her as a server :)

Food was excellent l. Restaurant was loud. Our waitress was rude! She did seem to change her attitude near the end but, her attitude set the tone for the experience of our dinner.

i called and asked if a specific pay-per-view was being shown. the girl on the phone insisted that they were showing the event. i proceeded to tell her that i was going to drive thirty minutes to this location and was she 100% certain that they were showing this pay-per-view, she said yes. i packed my entire family into the car and we drive the thirty minutes only to find out that they are not showing the pay-per-view. manager was very unkind, unhelpful, and not sympathetic in the slightest regarding our situation even though his employees were giving out misinformation. disappointed is an understatement.

Grate place to eat inside but horrible for take out. Expect a 45 minute to an hour wait for just ordering 10-16 wings. This is not the first time I wait an AverageONE HOUR for a simple order. Stay away

The girl at the takeout counter, the first fave you see just rude. She had poor customer service, food tasted alright but the order was wrong. She told me to check my order lol ummm not im not going thru 8 boxes, that’s what im paying for. Just snobby. Call to tell my order was wrong and was hung up on twice. ?

Took my nephew to dinner there last night around 530(not busy at all) waited almost 20 minutes for the waitress to come around. Another 5 minutes to get drinks(2 pops) when she came back we placed our order. The boneless wings I received we hard and dried out with hardly no sauce. I couldn’t say anything to the waitress because she never showed back up until she asked if we were ready for the bill. Definitely not going back for quite some time.

My wings were over cooked, too breaded and crusty and the flavor was too hot and barely covered the crusty overcooked wings. I had 20, ended up only eating 4. They hurt my teeth & they were too hot.

From the food to the service it was bad. We ate lunch there on a Saturday, when the restaurant was mostly empty, and yet nothing was good. Our server forgot part of our order and hungry kids had to wait for food. French fries and wraps were cold. We also ordered wings to go and realized after the fact that they shorted us 6 wings out of 20. Suffice it to say we will never be back.
