We reached there at 10.15 pm, the store is supposed to be closed at 11pm. The person in charge was inside. In spite of us knocking multiple times, he chose to ignore us. We felt really disheartened and disappointed.

Owner is extremely rude and mean. He has zero values talking to his customers . When I asked him do you sell sparkling candles, he responds back saying " That's all the candles I have in the candles stand" in a very rude and mean tone", Instead of saying " sorry, I ran out, no more sparkling candles or I dont have one'".I read almost all of the reviews about this store, most of the customers have shared the rude, mean and racist behavior of the owner. We come with children in the store and he is extremely rude even to the kids which will have such a negative impact on the minds of young and growing children. I would strongly suggest to not send your children to this store. There are many ice cream stores that have been opened recently in canton now. Time to punish the owner by not going to the store.

Sticker shock !!!2 Sundaes. Very small. $15 OUCH.Some detail cleaning wouldn't hurt. As bright and inviting it appears to be. It could use some deep cleaning terribly. Edges. Floor. Upper wall moldings are black coating white paint. Dust is now dirt, to thick.I enjoyed the sundae. But not for what I paid for it.The gentleman working was attentive and polite.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. First and foremost the owner who was working at the time we went was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When just asking about his flavors or asking him to repeat custard flavors he got extremely rude and hostile. He even behaved rudely with children which was extremely upsetting. Wouldn’t be surprised if the owner is racist. I would avoid this place. Dont need businesses and people like this ruining the Canton community. My family and I will never be going back.

Pretty disappointed with how I called to make sure they were open (due to another review on here) and no one answered. I drove there anyways to hopefully satisfy a craving and thankfully they were open. Was wondering why the phone was not answered after calling a few times as they weren’t even busy when entering the parking lot or even when the order was being taken/made(without gloves). Both workers had an attitude, and the items received were subpar for the price. We have other ice cream shops in our area that I am sure we can get the same items for better quality and price. Just wanted to support this business, as we have done so for years.

Ice Cream plus Cake = one of the best creations ever invented that's not up for debate
Went here for the Pumpkin Cheesecake soft serve. They did not have it. Asked for vanilla soft serve. No vanilla either!! Who does not have vanilla available? Came back 2 weeks later and still no Pumpkin Cheesecake but plenty of excuses. Business appears to be very poorly run.

This Carvel has my all time favorite ice cream the cake mix carvelanche. I moved out of state and every time I come back to visit coming here is my priority. Truly the best ice cream ever made!!
