The food cost is very high. The food quality is rather poor. The chicken wings were cold and chewy and undercooked. Some games were broken. To baby tables and bit enough games. Check in slow and check out was slow. They seemed under staffed

Went with 6 adults and 2 kids. We had a blast and, as always, we love the pizza!Kid-friendliness: It's a kid's play place. Definitely kid friendly. We let the little guys run around by themselves, and they loved it
Extremely slow service, only 1 person on registry for placing food orders and for cashing points, took at least 15 minutes to just get to the registry.

We came 30-45 minutes after open for lunch on our daughter’s birthday. Doors were locked. Eventually some saw us waiting and let us in without saying a word. The only employee out actively doing anything was the most antisocial weird person I’ve ever met. And he ends up being the guy putting on the costume to play with the kids. He just stands there awkwardly doing nothing when he puts it on until he can quickly walk back to take it off.The food is extremely over priced and gross. Almost $50 for a small thin pizza, 6 slimy wings, and two small drinks.Only saving grace was the nice service from the manger who came out a couple times to wish our daughter a happy birthday. She also gave her a crown and some bonus tickets.

Fun place for younger kids. We recently held a birthday party here and did have a good time . Good service with the staff. unfortunately it's very overcrowded and a good amount of games were out of order.
It was nice. Chuckie comes out several times. The workers did the trash several times but the bathroom could have been cleaner. I'm Disappointed that the picture booth didn't have paper and no worker would fix it. I wanted memories!!!The Food and Game Band is overpriced for the amount of time allocated!!!! The pizza didn't taste good, and 1/3 was burnt. NEED a better pizza recipe And QUIT Burning It!!!!

Perfect celebration with many happy kids.Go see the show live & party everyday!Parking: Great group lot!
It's Chuck e cheese, it's 2024. what can I say? It's understaffed, overcrowded of course, and over priced..no surprise there. At this particular visit, a birthday party, there was no one to check us in and stamp our hands. So that made us uncomfortable, had to watch my daughter like a hawk for fear that somebody would be able to snatch her without being stopped at the entrance..Stood at the prize counter for about 10 minutes staring, before one of three people standing at the empty registers decided to walk over and get us checked out.Best advice for people going, get the timed wristband! the points are a ripoff. You'll blow through the points in minutes. The only good thing about the points is there is no timer countdown between swipes if you're one of those types of point hunters.Pizza wasn't bad games were okay. Daughter had fun. Love dippin dots.Kid-friendliness: It's Chuck e cheese it's all about kids lol.

The food was horrible. The wings were barely warm, the pizza tasted like cardboard with cheese on it. Everything was overpriced for what you got. They’ve taken the tunnels out and the animatronics out, all it is arcade games now.

If I could do a zero I would...we were here for my 1 yr Olds birthday and the guy that works there exchanging tickets had the nerve to ask my 14 year old daughter out and for her phone number this is a kids place where kids should be safe from this kind of stuff
