I went to this location today and I regret ever coming here. I had walked in with my girlfriend at 8:30 on 3/12/24 to order a simple milkshake and the employee with the dark curly hair told me she can’t make milk shakes and I said okay. I asked for cake batter ice cream and they said they don’t have it, then I asked for about 5 over flavors and they didn’t have anything, they said no smoothies either. So I ordered whatever they had and as she was making my ice cream she stopped and when in the back and went on her phone!! While my ice cream is sitting on a filthy counter top with old dried up toppings and ice cream. Two girls behind me also asked for a milkshake and I kid you not her words were “we stopped making milk shakes but I guess I can make you one.” Are you serious you just said you can’t make milkshakes but you’ll make one for the two girls behind me in line because you know them from school?? What kind of service is that. These employees were two females, one mixed with curly hair and a short Indian female. They were both extremely rude and were on their phones while touching your food!! With no gloves and touching money and had open milk sitting on the counter and if they stopped making shakes, imagine how long that has been sitting out. Stupid me and my girlfriend still ate the ice cream and I’m already in the bathroom. The health department needs to investigate this location and these two horrible employees need to be immediately fired and investigated. absolutely disgusting and terrible service on top of that.

Service was terrible not polite, dirty behind the counter. Old ice cream on the counter as well and put our ice cream on top of it. Wasn’t wearing gloves. And wouldn’t make a shake for my bf but made a shake for the other person behind us. Was out of three different ice creams to and was limited on what to make.

Ice cream was okay. Service was terrible. Price was a bit too high. They messed up our order twice. I don't think we will come visit this Cold Stone again. This isn't the Cold Stone we know and love.

There were two girls working who were very rude and talking to each other and didn't say hello. When I came near, one of the girls asked me what I wanted, and I said I needed a moment to look at the menu and she sighed heavily. When I told her I was ready, the server was on her phone and wouldn't respond to me. So I repeated myself again. Then she sighed and took my order. The ice cream turned out good, but the service was terrible and I'd never come back or recommend anyone to come in. I technically went in the fall, but I'm only getting around to posting now.

Went in for a lunch sub and out of several meats and lettuce was brown. Everything goes up in price but expectation is supposed to go down???! I work hard for my money. This is backwards. Eat at home.

I went there today about 7:15 and ordered a love it cake batter,batter,batter and the glass was coated with bugs flying around and also nesting on the brownies… it was a very disgusting ? experience and everyone looked shocked when I asked for ice cream without wings… I think ? this matter should be looked into

I used to work here and we were never allowed to refused service to customers before closing hours. it was 9 pm and they close at 10, again I worked here. The open sign was lit up, door unlocked, and there were people inside the dining room eating. You are absolutely not allowed to refuse service to a customer and say “you’re closed” when you aren’t just because you don’t want to work. People were literally sitting in the tables eating. Stop hiring 16 year olds

Worst customer service for today.. Sep 30 2023. Time is 2.45 to 3.00. The reason I am mentioning the time is… We never had this worst service in this place before that. 2 girls were served. They were very rude and lot of attitude to customers. They are not preparing the ice cream in proper way. We were excusing since they might new to this job. But, they need to know what is customer service. They need to be little polite to customers. Owners needs to give training for these 2 girls for sure.
