Surprised to see such low ratings but hoping my review helps Cottage Inn out! The pizza here is delicious and no complaints on the service! Love their deep dish and the flavored crust options. I recently ordered their deluxe and added black olives, artichokes, and Italian seasoning. One of my favorite Michigan pizzas, hands down. Look forward to ordering again next time I'm in town!
The food and service is great. I always order delivery and have never waited more than forty minutes for it. Today I was impressed. We have a good 6 inches of fresh snow on the ground. So of course I was expecting to wait awhile for my order but I still got my food in under 40 minutes. The delivery drivers are always polite and professional. Great Job Cottage Inn!

I don't leave a good review for any business for the sheer fact that I'm not rewarding a business for doing what they're supposed to, that being said, it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, this place has been deteriorating over past year, today was the final straw for me, raw pizza, on a thin crust at that. Why do places think that people have time to go back to said establishment to "fix it", why didn't you use your eyes before the pizza left the business?

We have been ordering from this location quite often for a few years now, and all has been great, except for one experience in the beginning ofDecember, where it took an extra half an hour to get our pizza. But to their defense, they were super busy. Will still be going back because the pizza is always good and the staff is friendly. Thanks for meeting our expectations!
