Not bad overall but I hate when a business states certain hours but the employees clearly don't care and try to close an hour early. Stay open until the hours you list online, otherwise don't screw people over by having to drive a half hour only for the machines to be cleaned and closed down already.

Should have been better organized for better customer service. There were atleast 20+ cars for a promotional item but it was out of stock. They should have atleast put a sign about it instead of making everyone wait for 30 minutes to know when they get to the window.

Staff has been rude every time we have been here. We ordered 2 small mint brownie blizzards, a pineapple sundae and snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard. They barely even mixed it and I didn't know it was green dye/syrup squirted in the blizzard until they handed us our order and the dye was squirted on top.

I ordered a banana split... the banana was not ripe. It had mostly pineapple and a little of everything else. I was thinking about the cherry on top. So I went back around and asked about it. "We don't do cherries. No whip cream? Sad .

Clean, courteous, CLOSE -with friendly staff. A good place to get a frozen treat. Their prices reflect their brand - as DQ offers specific desserts that are unique to their franchise. However, if you want a simple soft-serve cone, McDonald’s is a better value (assuming their famously-unreliable ice cream machine is up and running)! If you don’t minds the drive (and the typical line to place an order), Dairy King (near downtown Plymouth) or alternately, Baskin Robbin’s on Ford road are both a better choice, in terms of flavors - in my personal opinion.
Loved the banana shake!!
