Why is Einstein bagels always close? How do you operate at business when you have such strange hours? It is literally only 2 o’clock and for some reason you are closed. That makes no sense.

Manager was VERY rude on the phone and had zero patience over an issue that was THEIR fault, and wouldn’t let me speak at all, then proceeded to get frustrated that she didn’t have my answer, when she wouldn’t stop talking to allow me to speak in the first place, I don’t know how you get a manager position with such bad customer service, zero rapport building capabilities. This is coming from a manager myself of a retail establishment.

All of the staff I have encountered here are just great. The food is always prepared well, coffee always fresh and hot. The staff sets the experience apart from other Einstein's Bros and coffee shops in general.

I order the same order from a different location every day and some how this location couldn’t accommodate which would have been fine but the manger looked at me and instantly said no and had a nasty attitude I will not be returning.
The staff here is so nice. I’ve been here so many times and they’ve NEVER gotten my order wrong (even when i switch it up) i LOVE coming here!!!

I had only ever had their bagels at work functions, usually left over. Hungry from an early doctor's appointment, my wife and I decided to stop in and grab a bite. I am so glad we did. Their breakfast bagels are amazing! It's so tasty and filling. Staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was good. We will be back. Would recommend.

This is the third time I've driven here and they were closed. The website says they are open until 2:00 p.m. I got here at noon in the doors were locked. Today showed up at 12:45 in the doors were locked. If you advertise your business hours you should have the decency to abide by them. Panera here we
