I ordered a box of sandwiches for a birthday party. The order was done on time and was exactly as ordered. The staff is great at this store and the food was great! Picked up order on Sunday 3/24/24 and everyone got exactly what they wanted!

Good location! Always fast, and good quality like most JJs. Slightly awkward placement of the store in the shopping strip but it's easy to get to. Parking is usually pretty empty in front.

Came in shortly after opening. An employee named Byron/Brian was talking about a party he went to the night before and all of the drunk women he wanted to sleep with. I walked out, very inappropriate conversation to be having out in the open.

I was on a time crunch , I wanted a sub for lunch and got told the drivers were already out making delivery’s. When I asked for the ETA the lady said she didn’t know and she was going to check. Still on a time crunch I was on hold for 5 minutes , she came back and said she still didn’t know. So I asked her to cancel the order and I just went to the one on canton center! You just lost a customer and another location gained one.

Honestly this may be the best Jimmy John's customer service I've ever had today. The employees we're super chill and just all around good people. Really enjoyed hearing some fun music over the speakers instead of the casual radio stuff you hear daily on repeat.

We went in at about 12:08 and walked out with 2 subs at 1:09…. This place is NOT freaky fast… a bunch of kids were throwing ketchup at each other when we were waiting.
