I have only eaten at 6 or so Jimmy John's but the #7 I had tonight was the best sandwich I've had at a Jimmy John's. Staff was awesome, sandwich was done almost as soon as I finished paying!

Yesterday I went through the drive thru, I had a slim 1, #12 and #9 with all the freebies. While the service was quick and pleasant, the sandwiches were not. While eating my #9, I pulled pink hair out of my mouth...As I am looking through my sandwich, I found more little strands of pink hair. Will not be returning to this location.

The thin Caucasian woman with glasses and a headset was yelling over the cashier and I’s conversation. I would ask him a question And she’d yell over his shoulder in an annoyed unpleasant assertive manner as if he wasn’t capable of talking to me himself. It made me feel so uncomfortable I had to leave without buying anything. I was also on my lunch break and trying to order quickly. Would not recommend this place until she’s gone.

I ordered earlier today, a gargantuan and a number 15. They had, upon request, scooped on some of the stuff from the pickle container. It made for the most exquisitely delicious sandwich I have ever ordered from a Jimmy John's. Keep it up.
