UPDATE AGAIN: Jimmy John’s support reached out and said they can’t help me again. Literally deleting my account and never coming back. $18 plus gone.Update: Uber Eats stole my food and Jimmy John’s customer service won’t answer!!! No refund and no food. NEVER ORDERING JIMMY AGAIN! Jersey mikes now has my service!So much for freaky fast. They now use Uber Eats and I’m still waiting on my food almost an hour later. I haven’t eaten anything today and needed something quick because I feel faint, well so much for that! Won’t be ordering delivery anymore.

The sandwhich was okay, but it really lacked the oregano seasoning, and they didn't put my mayo packets in the bag, like I asked. Also, the drive thru is very tight, and the person at the speaker would not listen to me, I had to repeat my name and online pickup info three times.

I visit this location often and wanted to give it a 5 star review. The service is always great and very quick. They do an excellent job with modifications, (I go through the drive thru once a week and don’t think in the last two years I’ve ever received an incorrect order). The food is always great! 5

I love their sandwiches. However, this is the SLOWEST Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Be prepared to WAIT - for a WHILE. Other stores, like JJ’s in Livonia, have the sandwich ready for you before you can walk from the cash register to the pickup counter! This kind of signature JJ service is clearly unimportant to either the franchise owner, the manager, the employees- or all of the above. Also, it is not unusual to get (older?) bread that is not fresh and has started to dry out. Hopefully this will improve someday. For JJ’s in general, in terms of value for your dollar goes, their pricing is on the high side - but their product (especially the bread) is always delicious.

I’ve ordered from here 5-6 times and never had an order 100% accurate. If you make substitutions to your order, don’t expect this location to follow them.

Says theyre open until 9 and I get there at 5:45pm to locked doors. People have been complaining for weeks. Stop being lazy and change your hours of operation.

Get there before 8:30 they lock the doors at 8:30 and just stare at you with a smile, wonder if management knows this? If your not serving till 9 change your close closing time
