THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!It’s time that I went. The customer service was terrible. A bunch of illiterate workers who cannot communicate efficiently nor effectively I can’t even rate the food because each time I had to request a refund because of the wait time and no communication.
Cane here on our way home on Easter Sunday because our teenager was sick and wanted a 3 pcs chicken. Drove home which is over 30 minutes away only to call to let them know they messed our order up. Received attitude from employee because I wasn't driving an hour out of my way for 1 pce of chicken. She had an attitude because I wasn't picking it up today. I work up there, I can tell you after the attitude after I pick up my food (which she said is you are only getting one piece)....read full review

I wish I could review food, but I never get the chance. The hours on the door state they open at 10:30 everyday, but I've tried to go multiple times when they open and no one is in the building and that's when I can leave for lunch unfortunately. So they must open later because there's not even an employee car in the parking lot. Totally empty.
