A server messed up my wife’s drink and had the audacity to tell her to tip him more if she wants it fixed. She was in a rush and the drink was for her friend so she felt she had no choice but to put money in the tip jar. If a drive thru could net me the same service, tips should not be expected. I’m all for tipping, I tip 20-25% at sit down restaurants, for delivery, etc. I shouldn’t have to tip if my food isn’t even being prepared yet let alone if I’m being extorted. Whoever you are I hope you get paper cuts in between every one of your toes and fingers, I hope your socks get wet and stay wet, I hope you drop every phone you ever own on concrete, I hope you get shampoo in your eye every single day.

The tea was okay. The guy at the desk kept trying to get more money out of me and I think he tried to full on upcharge. First, he tried to convince me to get a large slush by saying it doesn't mix well if it's a medium, now I don't know if that's true or not, but I decided to back up and look at the menu some more because I DID NOT want a large. I go back up and ordered a MEDIUM tea. The price looks suspiciously high. I asked for the receipt, he definitely looked like he did NOT want to give me a receipt. Lo and behold, he put "LARGE." I never really leave reviews and I'm a pretty patient person but I wanted to give some people a heads up about this behavior. He might try to upcharge you. Get a receipt. ?

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! the lady was very nice i never had it before and i kept asking questions about what to get. She was very patient and even made a special a drink for me based off what i know what i wanted. it’s a taro milk tea with regular ice, brown sugar and 30% sugar. The setting and music is a 10/10 will definitely come

Ordered the Cocoa Cataclysm, which is basically Cocoa Cream Wow with WOW bubbles. This drink is my go to every time I visit Kung fu tea branches and I know how that drink is made and what it looks like. I can say with conviction, what I got from this store is definitely not it. My drink just looked like normal bubble tea, where is the brown sugar wow bubbles. The drink should have a brown sugar syrup around the cup and a good amount of boba. This was very sad and disappointing. Won't be coming back here again.Edit (response to owner reply) - Definitely did not pick up the wrong order. It was an online order and the sticker on the drink clearly had my name and the name of the drink. This is not about picking up the wrong drink, it's about making it the right way.

This is the worst KFT I've been to. It's small and dreary, and the drinks are mediocre. It's so unfortunate because I've been to really good KFT shops. The KFTs in Rochester Hills and Southfield have a TKK Fried Chicken shop where you can find some of the best fried chicken in the area. I hope new ownership takes over because Canton deserves to have better KFT representation with a TKK Fried Chicken shop.

super cute bubble tea place! the woman that works at the store gave us some things complementary just so we could try them, it was really nice :) i’m from nyc, thousands of times have i gone to multiple kung fu tea locations and gotten the cocoa cream wow bubble, the one this store made for me was the best!!! thank you!
