Carry out was inedible. The order was messed up. Fries were slimy and unseasoned. Patty melt was burnt and had the wrong cheese on it. I didn’t know it was possible to mess up a three ingredient sandwich that horribly.

Got a dirt spoon with my soup, didnt look at the bottom of the spoon where the dried nasty food from the last customer was. Would have been that big of deal if the manager didnt lie to my face and say he went back and checked them all after i brought it up. He did not, he told the waiter, well you live and learn. The staff is more interested in chatting with each other then helping customers....one of them was behind the counter eatting in front of everyone and basically did nothing but flirt with the manager.

I have been here many times and different times a day. Tonight’s experience completely turned me off. The food was ok my waitress was good but when I spoke to the manager Sal about the extra charge on my bill he proceeded to call the waitress over to berate her in front of me asking her why she didn’t sub the item in my order rather than just adding it which caused there to be an extra charge. She was unaware of the proper way to substitute which I was perfectly fine with. What upset me was the way Sal went about it. When speaking to the other worker at the register telling him do you believe this the other man said why would you embarrass her like that? Sals response was that’s how they learn that’s how you have to teach them! I have been a manager for over 20 years!!!!!!! No SIR, that is not how you train people by berating them. You take them aside and explain them what was done and what should have been done instead. I can tell you this has totally turned me off of coming here in the future. Yes my extra charge was removed but speaking to your employees in that fashion is absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered a salad, taco pita and 2 orders of wings .... got home to find 2 cheese burgers instead of wings...Might want to check your carry outs before driving all the way home...
