Walked in at 8:15p on a Thursday for a Hot & Ready, the guy at the front counter with the bad attitude told me it would be 30-40mins to make one. I went to Ann Arbor rd and Sheldon and they made me two in 7 minutes. Your employees are lazy at this location. Don't lie, just tell me you don't want to do your job.

I’m 73 and made this account just to make this review…I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS for one person. Nathaniel. The best manager with the best service I’ve met in quite some time. I’m 73 now and I’ve seen many servers. When I see the short young woman, she’s always angry with someone or the customer which isn’t right, this new curly head guy is okay I guess but he doesn’t offer the same service as Nathaniel but now on to the two real problemsThe main manager I’ve asked about her name is Yana. She’s rude as can be, to employees and staff. I don’t see why she even works in customer service. She’s always yelling, always has an attitude and ALWAYS tries to just push me out of the store as fast as she can. It’s a slow location… what’s the rush? The pizza is now just plain awful. There was too much sauce and too little cheese. The pizza was burnt and improperly cut, and it didn’t taste very good either. What sort of pizza place serves pizza like this? I’ve contacted corporate with all of this information.I will NOT be returning too this store. Sorry to hear Nathaniel quit.Sorry to hear the pizza is bad.Sorry to hear that the service is bad, but I’m happy to say the city of canton needs to shut this place down.

Worst ever. Every time we called to place an order they always say something's wrong for example we don't take orders after 5:00 we're only taking online orders or there's a 30 minute wait. The whole idea is to get you off the phone so they don't have to make food for you. Super lazy staff. Horrible

I ordered 2 Hot and Ready pizzas via the Little Caesars website somewhere in the neighborhood of a month ago, probably a little less. They were as dry as a dog bone, and completely lacking in cheese and sauce. I called and talked to a female manager (didn't get her name because I didn't think it would come to this). She promised me two replacements the next time I came in. I've been going to this location since I moved into the adjacent neighborhood 8 years ago. I've been loyal to them. So, tonight (12/12/23), I called to get my comped pizzas and was told by a male manager that my name was not in their "Remedy Book" and that names don't stay in there for longer than 2 weeks. When I initially called to get the replacement pizzas, nobody mentioned this. I didn't know that this was the manager at first, so I was expecting to be connected to a manager and he hung up on me.I went up to the store to try to get clarification on this matter and he wasn't budging on giving me the replacement pizzas that I had been promised. He wasn't outright rude, but very smug about it. I have never seen this employee before either. Most employees in there would know me well. Unfortunately, I see no other recourse but to do a review, which I never do, to air my complaint. I know that the owner of this Little Caesars also owns the one on Ann Arbor Rd. and Sheldon and the one on Ann Arbor Rd. at Ann Arbor Tr. He doesn't leave a way to reach him at the store, but he is more than welcome to reach out to me to try to get this matter resolved. In the meantime, I won't be returning and encourage anyone who wants to have promises made them fulfilled to avoid this location.

The staff is always rude and disrespectful. Especially if you’re there to pick up a DoorDash order. I asked for a plastic bag for a couple 20-ounce beverages and was told they don’t give out plastic bags to DoorDashers. DoorDashers are an extension of the customer and should be treated like the customer. They just don’t get it and treat all DoorDashers like we’re less than.

You should consider the fact that this is a food service industry and the phone shouldn't be off the hook so you can't even call up there. My food was by far the worst I've ever seen from a Little Caesars. I have pictures to prove how RAW the dough was on my pizza Not to mention I can't call and complain because they took the phone off the hook. I bet the owners love that.

It's a little Caesars you get what you expect. They do solidly well at this location I haven't had any issues. The only slight criticism I have for them is consistency in the volume of sauce for pizzas. Sometimes it's perfect others it's way too much. Minor gripe all things considered.

I am so sick of how rude employees are now and how customer service just doesn’t exist anymore. I walked in at 10:20PM and asked for a Hot-N-Ready pizza and crazy bread. The cashier told me they close in 40 minutes and they are no longer making pizza’s. I said “so you’re telling me you won’t make me a pizza even though you’re “supposed to be” open for another 40 minutes”? He actually refused to make me a pizza (it only takes 8 minutes for the pizza to cook). I can’t believe how rude and lazy workers are these days, and the sad thing is, even if I did talk to management, according to other reviews I just read, he would’ve treated me just as bad as his employee.I ended up going to the Little Caesars on Sheldon/Ann Arbor Rd. and they were more than happy to make me a pizza and crazy bread! I will NEVER return to the Little Caesar’s on Warren/Canton Center, but the sad part is, they won’t care how many customers they lose. They will remain lazy and rude!
