Called in an order for pick up today. I ordered a 2 topping pizza (Mushroom and Pepperoni) and a pepperoni pizza, two bread sticks, 4 sauces, 2 two liters, and two 20ounce pops. 40.00.. We called at 1:30pm for 2:15pm pick up. Got there at 2:03pm. It was ready, ironically. I assumed Id be waiting another 10 min for HOT and FRESH pizza. They added mushrooms to an old hot n ready. I am super picky when it comes to restaurant food but this Little Caesar’s not only serve hot, delicious pizza but their ingredients are nice and fresh. They did an excellent job in making my custom pizza tonight!!!

The food is fine but they are terribly inefficient. It is so frustrating every time. If you go at a busy time you will wait forever, way beyond the quoted time. I prefer to go to the Ford rd location. I’ve never waited more than the expected time and the customer service has always been A1.
