Waited in line 20 mins told we had to make cookies you'll be fine finally got breakfast at 10:42 after getting in line at 10:20 it was cold and the eggs hard as a rock no fork no syrup no butter and asked for salt got 10 packs of pepper obviously Management needs a revamp

I gave 2 stars because my coffee was alright but I ordered a coffee with an espresso shot, I did not get that. Not only is the espresso shot a dollar more but my coffee is the most important part of my day so yeah I need that to be right ?

I made a mobile order, showed up, gave my code. Moved to the next window, got my happy meals, bag with other food, drinks and left. When I got home, there were no nuggets in my happy meal, just fries and apple slices. I called and explained and was asked to come back, I was already on my way (hungry kids who want McDonald’s!) and when I arrived, I went into the lobby. I was standing there for 5-7 minutes before someone looked at me and said “are you door dash or something?” I confusingly said “no, there were no nuggets in my happy meal and I was told to come back.” The lady was very snarky and said “ya ya I’m the one who talked to you” and I rudely said “okay well I’ve been standing here waiting and no one has even said hello”While I was waiting, I watched them bring out not 3 but FOUR different burgers for this poor young lady. They got the burger wrong THREE times! She was also in there waiting for her coffees to be remade because they were both made incorrectly!The staff seemed to not take this seriously, as one of the staff members looked at the young lady, laughed and said to her “did you not hear me say no pickle?” And turned back to her coworker (throwing her coworker under the bus)Behavior like this when in customer service is just unacceptable, especially when every order comes out wrong.Kid-friendliness: Check inside of your happy meal. Just because you got the happy meal box, doesn’t mean the food is inside… it may just be a toy and some apples.
