This place was terrible they don't deserve any stars. The waiter Lincoln was a joke never around and the kitchen staff must of taken the night off the food was terrible. The manager walking around with his head up his you know what. Don't waste your time or money.

So first off the waitress was meh! She took our order yes but runners brought it out. They missed my wife's drink and they brought out things we didn't order. Our appetizer was over cooked, our waitress seemed angry that I asked her to take the EMPTY bread board away. I feel that she should have not gotten a tip! The RUNNERS should have gotten it all. THANK YOU TO OUR RUNNERS FOR BRINGING OUR FOOD TO US AND BEING OUR WAITER/WAITRESS. YOU ROCK RUNNER CREW!!! waitress needs to be trained by your wonderful runners!

My steak could have used another minute or two on the grill. Switched with my wife so we both enjoyed our meals. We certainly thought the service was exceptional. Anna and the young folks helping out are doing a great job. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience.

Outback used to be our favorite restaurant in Canton, but we were very disappointed in the Prime Rib when we went about a year ago. We decided to give it another try yesterday with the same results. Our requested medium-rare prime rib dinners were both medium well. Even worse, the meat was tough and not flavorful. When brought to the table, the staff could not tell us which one was the classic style and which was prepared Outback style, even though they were supposed to be different size cuts. Still not sure if there was a difference. We were not asked about the meal and did not complain. The other couple we went with did really like their steak and lobster combo, but I don't think we will be going back.
