Ordered take out, and enjoyed their pizza. The cheese to sauce to bread ratio was good. It was floppy but held up great. The food was also pretty good value for what we got. What was also nice was even though we did take out, everyone working there was very nice and seemed happy. Keeping this place on our list moving forward.

I've been going to Palermo's for as long as we've lived in Canton. Their cheese pizza is the best in town, and the other pies are pretty great. I recently called in an order for a Meat Lover's pizza. Yet when I arrived, they had mistakenly made a Super Deluxe (When I called in the order, did I say "Meat Lovers", or "Meat Deluxe"? I can't swear to it.). I said No, I'd ordered the Meat Lovers. The immediately said they'd make a new pizza for me. So here's where I trash them, give a 1-star review, and swear I'll never eat there again, right? No, because I'm not a whiny, spoiled 7-yr. old. They offered me a seat at the bar, and a complimentary beverage. I waited about 15 minutes while my new pizza was prepared. I paid for my pie, thanked them for the drink, and went on my way. That's what mature adults do. Sometimes mistakes happen. I've been coming here for more than a decade, and that may be the first mistake they've made on one of my orders. I'm not going to trash them in a review, or swear to "never eat here again". They made a mistake, They apologized to me, offered me a drink while I waited. They fixed the mistake. 5-star service.

Palermo’s has been our regular pizza place for a little over a year now. I don’t know exactly how to describe it but the pizza seems very inconsistent. We have had some that have been perfect, some that the sauce seemed entirely different (like sweet or something), and then today… it legitimately seemed like we were eating day old reheated pizza, the dough was tough, the cheese was hard, and the flavor was bland. We’ve had a few experiences now that left us disappointed in what was our favorite pizza in Canton.

not sure why anyone would want to go to one of those big chain Italian restaurants, when you can go to Palermos for amazing authentic Italian food!! everything was absolutely amazing!! ?

Got two pizzas to go. One of them had anchovies on it, yeah I'm that guy. Very good. Very busy when I walked in and staff was friendly. Will be my new pizza spot

Tbh, first time in 20 years coming in tonight and it's just as amazing if not better than back then. Brought my family there tonight and it was their first time. Amazing!
IMO best pizza in Canton. Friendly wait staff. Excellent Italian food, we especially like their Gnocchi with their marinara sauce. Fabulous soft breadsticks.Vegetarian options: Salads, egg plant parmigiana is excellent plus any pasta dish with marinara is Vegetarian.Parking: Sometimes finding a parking spot is difficult

I don't know if I came on the wrong day but Google reviews brought me here to get pizza this evening. I'm very underwhelmed 17.00 for a medium pepperoni and it was very toughdough and it was so dry. if it has pizza sauce on it I can't tell. It's not my intent to leave bad reviews on businesses but I work hard for my money as well. The other parties eating also agreed. Spoild pizza movie night. Ekk.
