So, if ALL you’re concerned with is good Pizza and salad, this is the food truck for you, cause that’s all you get. Using the word ‘service’ here .. No. I mean, you do get ‘served’ your pizza, however, ‘service’ implies good communication during the negotiation of the contract (nope), being on time (nope) and most importantly.. being courteous to the guests of the event (nope ..NO). Additionally, while #8 in the contract states “should you have dough left towards the end of your event we will bake off assorted pizzas from your menu for you or your guests to take home.” This implies that if they’d served 56 of the 100 pizza’s that you’ve PAID FOR, that they would (intrinsically) start making the remaining 44.. (within the ‘event service time/truck rental’) but NO What’s NOT written, is that you have to actually ‘ask’ for YOUR remaining pizza to be baked off, and if not .. you loose the pizza and your money.

‘May’ be a good slice of pizza, DEFINITELY the worst slice of customer service. Read reviews from all the platforms prior to hiring. Not a one off situation ..

Fine if you’re grabbing food where ‘he’s already parked’ (as the pizza is very tasty). NOT recommended as a ‘hired’ for an event due to abysmal professionalism and service

We hired Pizza Pazza for our daughters graduation party. The food was excellent, the truck was clean and they were ready to go at the time promised. I also feel that the pricing was very fair. The only thing I would say that needs a little improvement is communication. Possibly they could employ a part time catering manager who only deals with contact regarding events and provides contracts with specifics regarding the event. I worked for ten years at a catering company and have hired food trucks in the past and always had to sign contracts to seal the deal. It is really for the comfort of everyone involved. Also, we heard from a few party guests that the staff was a bit short with them when ordering on the day of the event.Overall, I feel that they did a good job. As stated, the food was excellent and I would hire them again..

The food is good but twice I’ve gone to the location listed within the timeframe and the truck was not there! I’ve called and messaged on social media asking them if they decide to leave early or whatnot and that they should probably notify customers. I drove 20 minutes to find them not there. VERY DISAPPOINTING. To me the company doesn’t represent good business or have any consideration for its patrons. Will not purchase from or recommend again.

Very rude way too long for one pizza

honestly I did not feel well, I asked the waitress to change the order of a pizza very kindly and I went directly to the kitchen immediately after ordering, I was treated rudely and when I received the bill I noticed that nothing was been corrected. In my opinion undercooked pizza, dough not leavened enough, not good mozzarella and very little oil. the pasta to forget. An experience that I would not repeat sincerely

One of the best pizzas in Detroit. For neopalitan fans, the authentic quality is just how you like it. Also nice enjoying it at a more reasonable overall cost and faster than a sit down restaurant, along with the changing atmosphere of wherever the truck is that day - a park, a fair, a farm, who knows? Just follow their Instagram and then literally follow them wherever they go!
