Great food, staff and experience! Sanchez puts a smile on my face every time I come in and his service goes above and beyond what you would expect at a sub shop. I love that they have a drive thru for days I don’t have time to come in. Looks clean and nice on the inside. Of course my sandwich is always made right and they even remember my order! Would recommend if you’re looking for a tasty lunch that doesn’t disappoint. There are a couple of the women staff who can be a little cranky/rude? But for the most part they’re awesome

I have been to this location three weeks straight because they are awesome. I always place my order for pickup via the drive thru and it’s always ready when I go and the employees are very kind. My order is always neat and made accurately. The only location that I will be visiting!

Every time we come here we have a bad experience. The staff sits on their phones and has an attitude through the drive-through or dine-in. I refuse to go to the drive-thru because they mess up the order every single time. Halfway home realize the order was incorrect and they didn't put our dressing in our salad. I asked for a receipt to make sure our sandwich toppings were correct and they said the label printer was broken. The sandwiches here are expensive so we would like our orders to be correct. If we wanted cheap sandwiches with horrible service we would go to Subway. Get it together pot belly you guys weren't even that busy

The best sub place around. I say it goes Potbelly, Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mikes, and Subway. We didn't eat inside so I can't rate the service. Although the food was delish. I got a BLT of which the bacon was crispy just the way I like it. The insides also really cute decorations so I definitely want to eat inside to enjoy the scenery on Ford Road.

Our company placed an order for delivery. The delivery came and was missing my sandwich, 1 thing out 14 items. I get it, things happen. The upsetting thing is that the so called manager Sanchez, said that the third party that delivered it made the mistake and didn't grab it.. How is it the third parties fault when you filled the bag up with the food items? When asked the so called manager Sanchez this, he stuck to his lie and kept saying it was the third party that messed up. The so called manager didnt make it right by having the item delivered at all. He said if we want it, we have to come up and get the item. Pot belly has poor customer service and worse off, a terrible manager.

It's fast, made to order, hot, with great bread, and refillable soft drinks. Or Oreo shakes (!!!!). What's not you like? When comparing sandwich options, I always go with Potbelly. Subway, Five Guys, and Jimmy John's can't compete with that toasty toasty goodness. Plus, the staff are typically nice to chat with while your sammy cooks. The ambiance is the same from place to place, and usually has plenty of space to sit with chairs that don't crush you. ...And now I'm hungry for sandwiches again. Dammit.

I order frequently from Potbelly in Canton MI. Never a problem. My Skinny Ham order Saturday, 10-14 was horrible. I needed a microscope to see the Provolone Cheese. The ham was barely existent. The sandwich was basically bread, a bit of Mayo and NO mustard which was ordered. I hate that my fav sandwich go to has gone downhill.
