This Starbucks is the worst. I ordered a gingerbread latte In Dec and it was definitely not that drink. It was like a really over syrup pumpkin spice latte that just tasted way off. My husband ordered a mocha and it was not right either. They don't know what they are doing with making the drinks here.

Horrible experience. There were four baristas behind the counter and it took 5 minutes for them to actually start making the drink. And when it came time to make it they asked each other who wanted to make it. I would understand this issue if it was very busy but i was the only customer in the store. Also forgot to mention that the barista who made the drink had no clue how to actually make it

Absolutely terrible. Unfriendly baristas working today. No hello, how can I help you? Nothing. I ordered a Salted Caramel Cold Brew and a baked good item. They were out of lids for the drink and didn't mention it until asked after my order was complete. I asked if they the correct lid available after I was given my coffee. Nope. That's the answer I was given. And then I had to ask for my Cranberry Bliss Bar. When I got out to my car and tasted my drink it was horrible. Very bitter tasting. I couldn't even drink it.

Reese is the best & most rocking barista @ the Starbucks located within the Target on Mich Ave. in Canton, MI! It was a sincere pleasure to meet her. She was sporting this awesome light blue leopard print hair dye style & I complimented her on it & I even asked her if it would be okay for me to take a photo of her to share with my daughter, who I knew would love it. Reese kindly obliged & gave me my coffee order. Then, I got my Target shopping cart & I could not understand why they no longer had coffee cup holders. I was half awake because I did not have a cup of coffee before I left the house & I just kind of stood there staring at my cart trying to figure out where I was supposed to put my coffee cup. To my complete surprise & delight, Reese kindly walked over to me & brought a special coffee cup hook holder which slides onto the cart. She put it on my cart for me & told me that they keep a basket of them by the register for those who buy a coffee from Starbucks. This was all new to me & I really appreciated her loving kindness that she extended to me. You get what you give. You rock, Reese! Keep up the great work!

Service is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. They are supposed to close at 8pm but the employee there closed up at 7pm. I had a feeling I should t go to that location since the phone call wouldn't even connect. DO NOT WASYE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION INSIDE TARGET.

Yesterday, I was the second person waiting in line and I spent 20 minutes just standing there listening to two employees argue about scheduling/closing. At one point, the employee who seemed to have seniority was holding a finished drink while arguing but not giving it to the person who ordered it. The guest literally interrupted their argument and said, “Can I just have my drink?” Pointed to me at the register and said, “and she is waiting.” They wished me good luck as they left with their drinks. Argument still continued and my pink drink took forever to make. I will not return to this location if I see the same people working again.

This is inside a target not q drive thru!!!!! They only have Christmas coffee. The steamer is broken. How can they run out of coffee?

This Starbucks inside Target is nice, but you have to be patient. It's not staffed like a regular store so it takes more time to get through. The staff is friendly and hard-working.

You don't have coffee? Your crew doesn't understand that cold brew Is coffee? I ordered one iced cold brew w/ choco cream, and one iced coffee black. This concept mentally broke your help. Her response was "we don't have iced coffee, I can make you an Espresso and blend it if you want" - I said "no, I don't want it blended I just want ice in a cup with coffee over it." - "we can't do that here" she responded - I countered "so you don't have ice? How will you make my iced cold brew?" her eyes glazed over in more confusion. "we have the cold brew, not coffee" (please someone teach the barrista that cold brew Is coffee) - "ok can I get 2 cold brews, make one black" - after about 3 minutes of trying to d*** down my order and $10+ later, the other girl proceeds to make my 2 drinks. She filled the cup with half cold brew, then put WATER in it (I have never seen such an atrocity) then added ice. Such a waste of money, it was absolutely nasty. Cold brew IS coffee, brewed cold with water, why would you add more water to it the fact? It was terrible. My husband didn't even finish it. And he never wastes food things.
