we paid cash and they forgot to give us the change. additionally, they gave me the drink (ordered through the drive thru) from someone else's mobile order ten minutes prior to me even placing my order, and it wasn't made how i asked for it to be customized as it was not my drink. would not recommend this location.

To the awesome baristas at Starbucks onFord rd, you guys were SUPER slammed and you still managed to pump out drinks like nobody's business! Yes, you guys were behind and people were getting impatient but screw them! You guys all rocked it today and I just wanted to say thank you for all you do! Favorite location by far!

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. I have attempted to order coffee here multiple times “stupid me” and each time I have waited in the drive thru for 40 mins or more and had to drive away due to incompetent and poorly trained employees. Shut the doors if you can’t find people with half a brain to work. Do better. Also disgusting tables and floors / bathrooms that haven’t been cleaned in what seem to be weeks. ?

Highly disappointed in my 32$ Starbucks order today. As you can see the sandwich is sad! It’s the Gouda, bacon, egg, sandwich. I ordered 3 drinks plus a pup cup, no drink carrier. And my iced chia tea was basically flavored milk. The guy at the window never said anything during any of our contact with each other. Very much a waste of my 32$ and unfortunately for my daughter who loves the ham and cheese croissant (which is always good, i will say that) we won’t be back.

The frozen grapefruit mango drink was perfectly made!!! This location rocks!!! Absolutely smooth and refreshing!!!! I get mine with no lemonade or water, extra base and a side of cold foam to add as I sip my way through this delicious beverage!!! Fingers to mouth absolutely perfect!! Thank you staff!
