The owner of this franchise place does not honor Subway coupons that are mailed out to customers. We were not aware of this until we visited this location, and the owners email response to my inquiry about this was just making up excuses that they cannot afford to honor these coupons because they would lose profits. I would recommend staying away from this location they do not respect you as a customer.

Great service and very meticulously made sandwich. I get the same order every time and it always hits the spot. Clean environment and quiet place to eat.Make sure to ask for Tristan or Gary.

Ordered a BLT salad from this gross restaurant and as I bring It back to my desk to eat it and open the lid a cockroach crawls out and I had to quickly kill it and put the lid back on. This is hands down the grossest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Called up to speak to the manager and she was rude and said she couldn’t do “***** unless I brought back the container and my receipt. Stay away!!!

This store doesn’t take the corporate coupons, which I don’t understand since corporate reimburses the store.So left and went to Jersey Mikes, which in my opinion rates higher anyways.It must be the Karen manager.

Received a buy one get one 12 inch coupon in my email. Logged onto subway app. It registered coupon on my order and the app said it was applied. The receipt proved differently. I was charged full price. They have no idea how to build a sandwich. They put all meat cheese and veggies on bun then covered that with dressings ordered. Result was a wet wrapper and perfectly dry sandwich. I complained and owner, Lisa Walker, said too bad. so sad please come again. I think not.

For a quick snack subway is good. The toppings are fresh and plentiful. They have an assortment of sandwiches but I go traditional and it's always good

Wow that was FAST! And he still made my sandwich beautifully and it was tasty. (Old white man not sure what his name is, and a younger darker male checked me out was nice too)

Absolute worst Subway location!!!! Stay far away from this one!!! Not only was the food not even remotely edible the staff are THIEVES! On 3/1/2022 When I was cashing out for my subs I didn’t realize right away that the total was different then what she told me. Luckily, I asked for my receipt being that I swore she told me $28.25 but then the credit card screen said $32.48. I was in a rush since it was lunch time but when I got a look at my receipt I couldn’t believe they decided to take it upon themselves to tip $4.23!?!? When I went to check out there was nothing indicating for me to leave a tip on the card machine. I get home and tell my husband and of course he is very upset. We call Subway and speak to the manger there. A lady with a bad attitude answers and gets defensive right away. Saying she did not do the tip herself. Even telling my husband she doesn’t know what he’s trying to pull!? Are you kidding? You steal and tip yourselves but we are trying to pull something!? Good job making the situation worse! We are taking this up with corporate and exposing this location! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Nasty OLD food with nasty management that like to steal peoples money! THIEVES!!!!!

Worst customer service.. very impolite staff.. discriminating behavior.. would expect this subway to be more inclusive since it is located in such a diversely populated area… Will NEVER step here again
