I had posted this review on yelp before realized I don’t think it is actively seen. But I had come to this subway after some shopping with my friends and had been waiting for service between 10-15 minutes before we had decided to leave as the workers were too focused on their phones and had on headphones and never even acknowledge us and we were completely ignored. I would also like to note that the staff members were sitting on stools right behind the counter, so i assumed that we were deliberately ignored by some kids who wanted to get payed to do nothing. I'm really sad about it as I quite enjoy this subway after I do some shopping but with staff as inattentive as they were today I do not think I will be returning

?? DO NOT GO HERE ?? you have been warned!!! These ??s were coo coo for cocoa puffs. Guy was not even in uniform! This guy shouldn't have been working near people or their damn food! He proceeded to make weird voices or sounds for the other co worker. The other just smiled and laughed instead of jumping in and assisting with two subs he seemed to think it was funny how guy was just slowly getting the bread and making weird voices seeming unhinged. Guy after slowy getting the bread said he cut himself while cutting the bread and instead of getting new gloves proceeds to dangle the ripped up bread like he was amused. We walked out. Two guys nuttier than peanut butter ?Had to explain to my child thats why you don't do drugs.

Staff thought it was funny to deliberately ruin the bread they were cutting, just to make my family and I wait longer. Nobody else in line. You are better off saving your money, and going to a place that doesn't treat customers like a joke.

i am writing this reveiw bc the owner of this subway is engaging in reverse discrimintaion.in the past 4 months i have only seen 1 americain working in that time,the rest of the employees are all indians.it it the same at the dunkin doughuts(im sure its the same owner) at 41511 ford road in canton michiganalso you see the same employees working at both store. if the eeoc is reading this i would check this out you on 6/27 a female indian employee seem to be having a bad day,then on 6/28 1130pmi had these indian employees offer told me said female employee work at dunkins(no dunkins or subway garb on by anyone and no where near either store) then offers me stale azz coffee,doughnuts.then on 7/02 i saw said femle employee working again at subway. there has been a change in these indain employees behavoir in said time frame nice try my owner im im onto your immoral corrupt ways.what next offering me your stale azz hot mess subs. im like a new york cockroach

0STAR REVIEW I don’t do reviews, but this experience was the most absurd thing I’ve ever seen. The employees here are awful; I ordered multiple subs, and probably got enough veggies and protein for only one sub. 4 jalapeños on a footlong sub? What a joke.

How is this Place still in business? This place needs a Health Inspection and Need to train employees to actually do there job and stay off there phone……. You have people walking into the back like it’s a free for all. And these look like there normal looking customers……… I could probably walk in the back and make my own food! Everything was Dirty and Nasty & Very Slow!

I was waiting in line with another customer ahead of me, but unfortunately I wasn't able to order anything. She was on her phone having a full conversation while we waited on her to complete her conversation and complete his order. I didn't have the time to wait as I was already in a rush.You see her holding her phone in front of her in the picture.

I gave to 2 stars cause the girl at the counter said I had to wait for her online order to be complete, However the online people were not there to pick it up so she refused to make my order, when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me! I asked for a manager or someone else working and she said there was not anyone then all of a sudden a person appears from the back and was willing to help me her name was Elizabeth and she was very friendly.

Not a great experience. Slow and incorrect2 workers there and i was the only customer, still it took over 12 minutes to get my sub.Dude made my sub all wrong and forgot to cut it.They were out of half the veggies which was pretty disappointing.

Straight trash, I asked for a chicken bacon sub. She piled the chicken on there instead of putting it on the bread in a neatly fashion. It was so full of chicken the bacon kept falling off, then she put the cheese on it sloppily. After she took it out the oven the cheese was everywhere on the bun, the bacon was hanging off of it, she couldn't even fit the toppings on it and got sauce all over the bun. I still got it cause I'm not the type of person that is picky nor do I make reviews but the fact I started eating it and it was cold.. like huh??? And I'm starving lol I should have just went to McDonalds
