Did an online order just for it to be canceled. They didn't close until 9:00 it was 8:10 . Called them and asked why they said it was because they were getting ready to leave and closing the gate. So I guess they didn't want to work their full shift. Now I have to wait for my money to be refunded back on my card. Lazy!!!!!

I bought a party tray of cut pita subs for 25 people. OMG they were amazing! They were stuffed full of chicken/bacon with tomatoes, onion , lettuce and cheese. Bought the chicken bacon ranch melts). My party raved about the pita subs. They were made on time, fresh & hot. The owner was pleasant and accommodating. I wanted the dressing on the side and half with onions and 1/2 with peppers. Was no problem. He had the dressing in a squirt container for me, which was very convenient. I will definitely order from this subway again in the future when the occasion arises. Or just to indulge for lunch.

Stopped in and found a long line but the earlier shift stayed and made sure all of the line was taken care of. One sub was a special order and mad correctly and mine was off the regular menu also done correctly. I appreciated the service and the speed with which it was prepared.

Worst customer service ever. Entered the line to order and the worker was sweeping the floor he then asked are you ordering something I replied yes. He started to come make my order. I advised him he needed to wash his hands before touching anything behind the counter so he did the he put gloves on and made my sandwich. He did not know how to ring it up so he asked for help from Amanda who was extra rude. I asked her why I was being charged 10.59 for a regular basis sandwich she said it is what it is. So I asked for refund she stated it would go back on my card within 24 hours still no refund. I will never go back to this store again. ?
