This is my second time ordering and both times order took more than twice the time I was told it would be. Been well over an hour for an order I was told would be ready in 30 minutes.

I never want to come back here again no matter how good the food is, literally ridiculous. I’m a regular customer and 30% of the time there’s an issue. On 03/20/2024 I placed an order and had my husband go pick it up for us. When he got there at our pick up time, employees said it was supposedly already picked up by someone? Rather than finding a way to remedy the situation or at bare minimum apologize they want proof of our receipt. Maybe if the person who took our order would’ve been asked for his receipt the same way you’re quick to suspect us of double dipping we could’ve avoided this whole situation. We had to wait an additional 40 minutes to get any food. Definitely will think twice about coming back next time. Horrible customer service.
Went here today with my wife for lunch. Turned around and walked out because they don’t have indoor dining. Such a shame because it really smells good in there. Maybe when the weather warms up I’ll go back and try it and just sit on my tailgate to eat. When I do I will up grade the review. In the meantime owner needs to update google about indoor dining.

Food is Awesome! Parking is horrible, and the wait time is about 20-30 mins. I love the food so I will deal with the two cons. Prices are decent for the amount of food.
Absolutely amazing! Everything I order from here the food is delicious and hot. Service is great, but I suggest you order in advance... because it can get really busy.
Food quality is very very good and price value also noted. Spices and taste of hibachi meals also worth noting. Mostly take out dine in N/A. Service friendly and welcoming.
Quality has gone WAY DOWN. I’m not sure if there are new cooks or maybe low on ingredients but the food now has been terrible and unseasoned the last two trips.

Decided to try this location today and ordered the Hibachi Steak and Chicken with Chicken Fried rice and noodles. Steak quality ok. Noodles and had no seasoning or garlic butter flavor. It's been 3 years since I had this, but I use to go to their Livonia location. Spent about $30 and I'd rather just go to Benihana and spend alittle more for better taste. Onion soup was also watered down, like it had been reheated and water added to it. The workers are nice at this location.
