Tried this place again. Definitely below average than other places. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to another chain or shop nearby. Very bland coffee and food.

My husband and I recently discovered this coffee shop in Canton and since then it has become our quick go to spot for a perfect cup of coffee and baked stuff. Atmosphere is ideal to work or study. My personal favorites are cafe latte with a shot of espresso and cafe mocha. sweetwaters is great but the workers at this location are terrible, def pass as the drinks are crazy inconsistent and will sit and talk and make their own drinks before even starting

Went here on a Wednesday evening around 7 pm. Place wasn't busy so we got helped right away. The person helping us was very friendly and helpful. I don't really drink coffee but the wife does. I was eyeing Dairy Queen next door. I think the person helping us noticed that and recommended their ice cream drink. Said many people don't know they have ice cream too. Good save on her part. So I had one. Very good. Everyone I was with were happy with their coffee drinks. Pleased with the experience. Would go again.
Coffee was okay. Sizes listed as “double, triple, quad” which usually refers to espresso, so I asked the girl working if that’s what it meant. She looked at me as if I was stupid and said “no” and no other clarifying information. I said okay… what does it mean? She pointed at the cups and said “sizes” again as if I’m wasting her time, and it looked like she rolled her eyes at me but couldn’t really tell her expression past her mask. Just not a good experience and I actually laughed at how ridiculous I was being treated for asking a question.
Used to be one of my favorite places. However, the last 3 Imperial Milk tea drinks were so bad and tasted like weak tea. I had one remade but left the other two as they were not drinkable. Not only have the drinks gone down but the service as well. Rude is the word that's comes to mind Very disappointing

Used to work here for a year ish and was left super bummed coming back as a customer. Three team members working and it took 20 minutes to get 2 cold brews with no one else ordering after me. The workers seemed to be good friends, and that for sure offers a great atmosphere and was one of my favorite things while I worked there (still good friends with some of my old coworkers there). Doesn't mean that should cause drinks to come out slower though since that seemed to take top priority... Lastly, the barista eye balled the cream (which at least from when I worked there was measured) and definitely overdid it on one of the dreamy cold brews lol. Definitely bummed at how this place is now.

I love going to coffee shops, it's walhat I do. Sadly I did not like the taste of the coffee or my wife's drink either. Staff was very friendly.
this is my favorite sweetwaters location and the baristas are all so nice and helpful, especially Ren they always make my experience great!
