Stood at the front counter for 8 min before I seen anyone. He said I'll get someone. A few min another guy says I'll be right back . Comes back can't use the register. Keeps calling manager to assist and gets nothing. He then leaves and a lady comes up and I ask if she was going take me order and says no. They put money into the building but forgot how to train people about customer service. Won't be back

12:19am 03/21 Two people were apparently working, both were extremely rude. I sat at the speaker for a solid 10 minutes without being helped. I said “hello?” And the lady yelled at me for no reason. 5 more minutes pass and someone behind me honked and then a guy came on and said they weren’t going to serve me anymore so I drove off. Disgusting.

Went to get food last night and was greeted with a horrible attitude by the lady with the dirty looking neon yellow of green hair. She messed up my WHOLE order and charged me 30¢ for an extra sauce I never received. Just a horrible experience.

Order was wrong. Food was terrible, even for fast food. Tasted like my burger had been in a warmer for an hour. Bun was incredibly dry. Terrible value.

While we were thankful that the dining room was open, it should have been closed. The man in front of us waited too long to get his order of two frosties. We were never acknowledged by the staff. Our order was taken almost begrudgingly. They kept speaking loudly amongst themselves about bags of fries being dropped. Our meal tasted fine. Unfortunately, the frosties that we were served were light and airy as though something was wrong with the machine. They were nowhere close to the dense frozen treat that is normally served. Saddened to need to write a negative review.

Wouldn't feed the burger to my dog got my order totally wrong! I have an allergy to onions!!!! Thanks! Fries were great though. So were the all the workers I talked to. Other than that so disappointing. Use to love Wendy's! Waste of $12 dollars. I miss the old Wendy's food so bad :'( About a 10% chance I EVER go back!
