Ordered large gizzard and 4 chicken tenders. Had to wait a little bit because the gizzard had to be deep fried. The gizzard were not worth eggs money or the wait! The gizzard were tough, chewy and certainly not done right at all! The genders were obviously in the warmer for a while and were only luke warm. Don't know what they are doing at this location but certainly not the Chester's I remember! Would've rather had Macdonalds which is right next door!
After waiting at the counter for a minute or so, no response or acknowledgment from staff that I was at the counter. I raised my voice and said knock, knock as I poked my head into kitchen door way. I then asked an employee standing just inside if I could have some chicken and walked back to counter. Stopped by after our son's football game in Peck. The woman Chef and man at the front counter were absolutely the best part of this restaurant. I wish I would have got their names. They take pride in offering great quality food that was excellent! First time to a Chesters and we will definitely come back to this location. Chicken and biscuits were really good!
