I’ve ordered on multiple occasions through the app, even coming to the point of writing in the special instructions to put the right chicken on my sub. Yet consistently it’s made wrong. I never have my cookies in my order as well as the subs rarely being toasted. I work at fast food so I understand occasional mistakes, but this is absurd.
Pd 31.07 for 2 sandwiches on app. Showed it was ready get there and asked and she said she was closing at 430pm on a Monday and said.i have to talk to the manager when they got.there in two hrs as the girl there didn't know how to operate the

#20 is an elite chicken bacon ranch. The chicken that comes on this sub is rotisserie chicken.... the chicken i got was NOT rotisserie!!!! I didnt ask for whatever chicken this is.
