Sooo slow in the drive through. The food is never warm either. Food seems like it's been sitting in a warmer for hours. Not impressed. Not just this location either. Maybe it's how BK is now.
Great staff, they're under staffed as it seems all the fast food places are in the area so they have to close the lobby and operate drive thru only. Ownership should start paying better wages to these employees and they would have less difficulty finding and KEEPING staff. It's not the 1990s any more. Pay people what they're worth and you'll have plenty of happy staff.

Food is ALWAYS good, the whopper. Service was terrible. The person kept cutting me off while I was ordering likecI was taking up her time and there was only my car and another car at the drive through. Then when I said something about it, she huffed and asked me if I wanted anything else. BAD customer service!
