I love repeatedly making doordash orders, having the store give them away to random people, be rude to the dasher coming to get said orders, and then the too-lazy-to-have-a-college-degree managers doing jack squat to rectify the situation. Three times in a row now this has happened. How can such low class, unskilled work be so hard to accomplish?

My family and I went for dinner and they changed us $12 but it was $9.99 and they were being really rude. If you go I recommend that you be specific on what you are buying and checking what you buy. They gave us everything wrong! And made up pay even more than It was supposed to.

customer service is wonderful, very personable staff, restaurant seems clean, and the food usually comes out quickly. unfortunately, the speed of service also seems to be this location's downfall, since more often than not, the food i receive is messed up one way or another. On plenty of occasions I have received the wrong items, items lacking the customizations requested, the entirely wrong order, and/or missing items. The staff is very polite and helpful when these mistakes do happen, and are quick to correct the problem, which i do appreciate greatly. I just feel like these blatant errors happen quite often, and it becomes very inconvenient to have to turn around and go back to the restaurant for the correct order frequently. Personally, I would rather spend a few extra seconds at the drive through for the correct order, rather than have to take extra minutes out of my day for a second trip to taco bell, but I digress.

Seems that counter orders are in the past. Totally ignored for 5 minutes while the were not that busy in the drive thru. Very sad. I refuse to use the kiosk. You employ workers who are paid, make them do the job.
