I placed an online order at 2:47 and waited about an hour just to give justice if they were busy but I called at 3:40 and they said it was ready. I went right in to pick it up and my sandwich was soggy and had been sitting as well as my pasta salad was room temp. Someone forgot to hit my order was ready so it had sat for awhile.

Service was extremely slow. It took 17 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and a pickle. Which was ultimately disappointing, because 1 of the sandwiches was incorrect despite having the staff member reading our order back and confirming that it had been entered correctly. I normally really enjoy Jimmy Johns with fast and accurate service, but this location was the worst experience I've ever had at Jimmy John's.

Jimmy John's, in general, is very fast and accurate, which is why we've given them the benefit of the doubt for this long, however this particular location has gotten our order wrong three out of three times. This veggie sandwich was $9, and was obviously supposed to have lots of added vegetables, which were added online and are clearly listed on the receipt.

Rude staff when you ask a question. Upon ordering the employee at the counter stated all sandwiches come with lettuce and tomato. Not once did she ever mention Mayo. After receiving our sandwhich, and noticing it has Mayo on it we asked about it. What we received from the staff was rude attitudes and forced us to purchase another sandwhich. Will not be returning to this location due to the staff.The music is too loud in the building. Unable to hear the employee at the counter when they are speaking.

Really disappointed! Usually food is very fast. Waited 20 minutes without a word. Someone needed to let us know what was taking so long. I could see the staff hiding and not coming to the drive up window to give us an update. If you are behind at least let us know! We will try again. Hope you do better!

Apparently their “XTRA” tomatoes option means leave plenty of extra space between the already sparse toppings? The onions and cucumbers weren’t much better.
